Not for $30. Too slow
A surprisingly difficult game with stunning visuals. I've played it for only 5 hours and I'm already rage quitting... I admit, I have a serious skill issue. I got the game as a gift, and I am loving it so far. But I must admit that I was beyond shocked when I found out just how much it costs. Thankfully it was bought on a sale. Still, it was a gift, and I am absolutely not complaining. But something to point out is that this game is [b] not [/b] for everyone. Please check gameplay videos first! I personally loved it from the start. I had no idea this game existed and simply took a shot in the dark with my purchase. I have to say this was one of the best JRPGs I've played. I enjoyed the gameplay, I liked the characters, and I even enjoyed the story too. I'm a big fan of the farming RPGs so it was nice to see Square had one since I'm used to playing Rune Factory. This was a nice twist on the formula with its more serious story. This one surprised me, so I highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys farming with your RPG. I hope they make another one, that's for sure.

色々な面で残念な部分が多いゲーム。 【Sandbox部分】 〇良い部分 通常畑、水辺畑、洞窟畑とバイオームが分かれているので、 「あー確かに」というようなことも感じる。 〇悪い部分 何故か加工機や柵を畑に置かなければならないため、限り有る畑の1マスを消費し全体的な作物の収穫量が減少することになる。 収穫のモーションが長いため結構面倒だったりもする。 果樹で使用するマスが４マスなのに３つしか収穫できないので損した気分になる。 冬に育成できる作物の種類が圧倒的に少ないため、冬は畑作業がほぼなくなる。 【RPG部分】 〇良い部分 ハッキリ言って無い。 〇悪い部分 レベルアップによる強化が大雑把すぎる。 １日の終わりにレベルアップするのはまだ我慢できるが、 レベルアップで上がるステがオール＋１とか＋２とか雑に作りすぎる。 作り手はRPGを知らないのか？と考えてしまう。 【アクション部分】 〇良い部分 これも無い。 〇悪い部分 アクションゲームを知らない人が作ったとしか思えない雑さ。 攻撃や、ダッシュ、スキル発動でスタミナ消費はまだ良いが、 スタミナ回復手段が食事をすることで発生する時限式の自動回復のみ。 HP回復手段も食事のみ。 しかも、食事をすると満腹度が上がり大きな回復をするとあっというまに満腹になり 回復ができなくなる。 飲み物は満腹度が上がらないが、回復量は少量なので戦闘時には飲み物をがぶ飲みになる。 そして、次の部分が一番最低な部分で、 回避やガードがないため、戦闘をすると無傷ということにはほぼありえない。 基本的に足を止めての殴り合いになる（前衛職、後衛職問わず） しかも所々に配置されている強敵（FEAR）がアクティブなやつが多く、 初見時に戦闘状態になると逃げの一手しかなくなる上攻撃を避ける手段がないので、 大ダメージ被弾が必至である。 時々FEARの背後に通路があり、ショトカの道だったり、通常ルートだったりする場合があるので、 「ふざけんな！」と思ったこともある。 回復手段が乏しく、回避手段のないただただ殴り合いの戦闘で何を楽しめというのかが全く分からない。 【ストーリー部分】 ありきたりな部分もあるが、おおむね評価はできる。 【その他】 グラフィックや音楽は良かったと思う。 【総評】 アクションRPGの部分を除けば、それなりには楽しめると思うが これをフルプライズで購入するのはやめた方が良い。 ２～３000円程度なら、まぁ良いか程度にはなるが、 他者にお勧めできるかと言われると、お勧めできない。 似たようなゲームでストーリあり、農業あり、アクションRPGな部分もありなゲームで 代表的なものではルーンファクトリーシリーズがあるが、この手のゲームをやりたいのならそっちを買った方が断然いい。
comfy game, with farming and light/easy fighting
Das Game wäre bestimmt besser, hätten sie nicht versucht, einen auf Rune Factory zu machen. Den ganzen Farming-Kram kann man sich getrost sonst wohin schieben. Das Gameplay ist einfach scheiße, da es eben nicht richtig polisht ist. Es fühlt sich alles einfach unsauber an … Und was soll der Scheiß mit der Ausdauer? Jedes Mal muss man was fressen, damit man genug Ausdauer hat. Das ist einfach nur nervig. Das Farming fühlt sich auch nur wie ein Versuch an. Story ist so, ja, okay? Auch wenn alles ’n bisschen Standard ist. Das ganze Game ist meinen Augen nur ein kläglicher Versuch, RF nachzumachen, aber im typischen Final-Fantasy-Look. Kann ich es empfehlen? Nein, nicht mal für 20 Euro. Das Einzige, was positiv ist: Ich mag die Charaktere, das ist alles. Ganz ehrlich? Wenn ihr eine solche Mischung haben wollt, dann spielt Stardew Valley oder Rune Factory vielleicht nicht unbedingt den 5ten teil, eher 3-4ten (nur meine Meinung, vielleicht seht ihr das anders), aber die sind immer noch besser. Als dieser stumpfe Versuch, in die gleiche Richtung zu gehen, aber nichts halbes und nichts Ganzes hin bekommt. Vielleicht bringe ich mich noch dazu, es irgendwann durchzuspielen … oder auch nicht, mal schauen. ps: Total vergessen zu erwähnen, dass der Ausweichsprint absolut nutzlos ist. Er ist nicht mal von Anfang an freigeschaltet, nein, er muss extra freigeschaltet werden! um dann nutzlos zu sein. Ganz großartig. Und ne Freundin meint: Musik 10/10 und Story wird die letzten 10–15 % gut. aber alles andere eh.
Everything I wanted and then some. I went in knowing nothing, hoping to get a cute farming sim with some JRPG elements from Squeenix. I got that, but the story kept evolving, the main story and side quests became more heartfelt and direct then expansive and more than I could have imagined. Great messaging, simple but fun gameplay. If you're wanting high intensity action or pure farming sim, you'll get neither. If you want a little of both with key, great square enix storytelling, it's fantastic.
Great game! Totally addictive and enjoying the story and farming in-between a lot.
