beautiful tower defense
Great game
s'pretty good
OK in normal mode this game is good up to a point. You can not upgrade a single thing period. There is no way to win. So in my view it is a flop. It would be worth buying if it was $0.99 but above that hell no.
One of the most creative games, both in the way it's made and in the way it let's you set up your defences. Collect Resources. Build you base. Defend your base. Expand your base. Repeat. Create super laser towers by directing multiple towers into one tower Link multiple super lasers into a mega death ray laser. Curse as you realise you forgot to build enough power generators for it and now your defences are down. Start again, or from where you saved if you're the loading and saving kind. Prioritise enemy types to target for each of your limited selection of tower types. Survive as many waves as you can before it all comes crashing down. Or play one of the less stressful modes which allow you to build at your leisure before testing your design.
einfach das beste strategiespiel
One of my favorite Tower Defense games of all times. I have over 1000 hours of play time on steam and several hundreds on the old version from before Steam. I don't play it anymore because there simply isn't any more I could possibly do after reaching level 1000+ on the main planet. To the people who say that there isn't anything you can do to win because you can't upgrade the towers, you should know that there is a ton of subtle ways to use strategy that are not obvious at first glance, like linking towers and nodes, enemy priority, and so on. I would love to see a sequel to this some day.
great game
It’s like falling in love and having the time of your life, only to realize a few months in that it won’t last long-term. This game is very unique, very beautiful, and constantly pushes you to experiment. It teaches creativity, lets you build your own approach, and delivers experiences you won’t find anywhere else. That phase alone makes it a must-play. But eventually, routine sets in. You start telling yourself each run is as fresh as the first, but the illusion fades. The game doesn’t evolve, and over time the systems begin to feel more limited than they first appeared. Achievements offer little incentive, and the lack of meaningful meta progression makes the experience feel static once you understand it. You keep trying to make it work, until burnout hits and clarity follows. You had an incredible time, but in the end you start to question whether it was worth the investment. Then again, what is a game if not an experience? It might still work for you.
