was fun until they started walking over my walls. then i had to actually use my brain
I love this game!!!!! Its a combo of tower defence, strategy, resource gathering and base building. Basically we are alien robots trying to take over the planet, mine its resources, develop our science tree and make bigger and better guns, drones, mecs and defences. Amazing to play solo and co-op!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I would recommend this game before version 8. Here's why You could explore and find different things. Build your control up Make factory powerhouses that you only use to launch from Make unique builds and strategies But after version 8, The exploration and uniqueness is gutted by making a linear campaign that only goes through the campain missions unless you meet crazy requirements Tutorials gut the feeling of making factories. Strategies get cut from existence because you can't control as much as before. And worst of all, I put hours of work into the game. I made so much progress I felt nothing bad could happen. I come back months later and all my progress is gone. Nothing makes sense. After all version 8 did, I don't even wanna play this game anymore. Edit: After playing for a while to see if I could change my mind, here is what else that happened. Sector 3 of Erekir "lake" is completely bugged and softlocked Every map isn't "entirely reworked" it's just another map but slightly edited. And Ground Zero on Serpulo isn't even changed.
This game is GREAT. It's a mix between RTS, tower defense, and automation. If you don't feel like dishing out the $10 (or less while on sale), you can LEGALLY download the game for free as well, outside of Steam. I found out the part about it being free outside of Steam after I bought the game, but considering how great it is, I have no problems with giving the dev money.
10/10. Советую.
A very interesting hybrid of tower-defense, factory games, and RTS. I find having 1-2 friends is ideal for how I like to play this game, as it allows people to break up into different roles (eg. One person may work on defenses / pushing the front line forward, while another may be working on the factory, etc).
It is a really fun, simple-looking, but quite complex basebuilder-tower defence game. It worth the hype.
This is one of the best games you can buy. It's never boring — there's always something to do, and if you don't take care of your defenses, the factory must grow. For the price, you get multiple hours of gameplay. The game is also great in terms of difficulty. Enemies are fairly simple at the start, like in most tower defense games, but what makes it different is that some units can ignore your defenses entirely and go straight for the core you're protecting. So you can't just build one big wall with defenses behind it — you have to adapt to how they attack. There's a lot more to discover, and I'll let you find that out for yourself. just remember that the factory must grow
