14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

as much as i wanted this to be good, i just didn't like it too much. you're better off playing it on mcc
So this is the future of Halo?
I don't hate this game, it's just super mediocre. The base game isn't passionately remade, optimized well, and has some weird decisions made when it comes to how they remade this. Mission markers hold your hand the entire way through and Cortana just doesn't shut up this time around. There's no faith that the player will solve anything on their own and it leads to a brainless experience for first timers, most notably on the mission that introduces the flood there's always a mission marker telling you where to go and it so you're tuned out because you're just following a point on your HUD, making an otherwise amazing mission super dull. The Bonus missions were frustratingly written as they're exposition heavy and there's this new character who adds very little and is only an annoyance. The missions also feel like they were designed in a couple hours as they all consist of you going through a purple hallway and then ending up in a circular room with 3 waves of enemies. I would honestly skip these missions if you're not a die hard halo fan. I get why Sarge's VA didn't come back for this, but the new voice actor's performance was underwhelming and lost a ton of "gusto" that the original had. His character also talks to the camera in ways that weren't present in the original. Honestly, Master Chief does this too for some reason. Every VA I think is just naturally getting old so even the Chief's performance wasn't the best but really it could've been a case of bad direction since I don't think a ton of passion went into this. That's honestly the general statement on this and Halo as a whole right now. There's just a lack of that raw passion that the original run of Halo had and you could make an argument Halo 4 at least tried. I don't regret buying this game, but if I didn't know I had someone to co-op the entire game with, I don't think I would've. 6.5/10
This is the most uninspired remake I've ever played. In 70 minutes, the Game crashed twice. It goes at times as low as 25fps without DLSS on my 5090. This was not made to show love and respect to what Halo CE was. I could rant for hours on end about this but i don't want to continue putting energy into a franchise that doesn't respect Itself or the Fans anymore. I think this was the last Nail in the Coffin of Love I have for Halo. The only thing that was still keeping me was the Books up to this Point. I grew up with Halo and especially CE and i cannot recommend this game at all, it doesn't take anything from the Original or tries to build upon it. If you want to feel the magic of Halo, play the Master Chief Collection instead. Don't buy this Demake.
I love this game! I know some people have criticized the game but man this is FUN!!! LOL. I played this when it originally came out on the Xbox back in 2001 but only played a small part of the Campaign bc I mainly played the multiplayer battle with my brothers.. I wish this one had the multiplayer mode where we can battle against each other or online play bc that would have been the cherry on the top. Maybe for a future update??! lol... I don't mind paying extra. This got me back in the mood to play online on Halo Infinite. I highly recommend Halo Campaign Evolved <3.
OG Halo player. playing since day 1 (halo: ce 2001). Even if the game was given to me for free, with 1000$ bonus, i would decline. What a peace of turd did we get given. This is equivalent of taking a ♥♥♥♥, bagging it up and gifting it to someone. Just buy MCC, and relive the true halo experiance and have great time with the games and achievement hunting. I highly do not recommend this, even if it was given to you for free.
Quería acabar el juego pero la verdad no me dan ganas de jugarlo. Solo destacan los gráficos pero de que sirve algo bonito que no es divertido.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha There is so much I can say about this game that either bothers me heavily or is just downright bad. And they outweigh the positives so easily My purchase was done out of the idea of diving into this dumpster fire and seeing "just how bad will this game be". I completed the full, normal campaign as well as the bonus missions. I only bothered to do the first 3 missions on Legendary before just deciding to move past everything as fast as possible on Normal This doesn't really "feel" like Halo. That is the shortest way I can explain it after also having begun a complete Legendary playthrough on MCC with a friend. The Unreal 5 move and the forced AI upscaling doesn't help either: large parts of the game have G R A P H I C S and P R E T T I N E S S but is missing what I can only describe as a certain "soul" to it. Especially when the glossy shine on anything Forerunner or Covenant begins to try and blind you (particuarly bad on the Truth and Reconciliation: the PURPLE, GOD) I could also go into a tangent about SOOOO MANY BAD CHOICES in terms of the Pre-rendered cutscenes stuck at 30fps, the slight changes that make no sense, how weapon balancing has been thrown all over the place (tip: wanna complete the bonus missions easily? Needler Rifle. Treat it like it's your baby boy), the way pacing has been messed up, the nonsense of things like Guilty Spark TPing you outside of the library to drone on before dumping you inside or Chief not trying to even mercy kill Keyes, the old voice acting merged with the new voice acting and WAY more: but I don't think anyone really cares "Game bad": that's the tldr. There are Youtubers and freelance critics who can give better and more concise explanations on why this game is poor. I am typing this out of spite and slightly knowing/ acknowledging that with time I am gonna forget this 3rd Halo 1 experience even exists and just play MCC
25 years and the warthog run still doesnt make sense
