Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 32.14/day in the week to Jul 22 → 55.38/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The first-ever sequel from Supergiant Games builds on the best aspects of the original god-like rogue-like dungeon crawler in an all-new, action-packed, endlessly replayable experience rooted in the Underworld of Greek myth and its deep connections to the dawn of witchcraft.
As the immortal Princess of the Underworld, you'll explore a bigger, deeper mythic world, vanquishing the forces of the Titan of Time with the full might of Olympus behind you, in a sweeping story that continually unfolds through your every setback and accomplishment.
Infuse your legendary weapons of Night with ancient magick, so that none may stand in your way. Become stronger still with powerful Boons from more than a dozen Olympian gods, from Apollo to Zeus. There are nearly limitless ways to build your abilities.
Meet a cast of dozens of fully-voiced, larger-than-life characters, including plenty of new faces and some old friends. Grow closer to them through a variety of new interactions, and experience countless unique story events based on how your journey unfolds.
New locations, challenges, upgrade systems, and surprises await as you delve into the ever-shifting Underworld again and again. Reveal the mysteries of the Altar of Ashes, tame witchy familiars, and gather reagents using Tools of the Unseen to get closer to your goal.
Thanks to a variety of permanent upgrades and the return of God Mode, you don't have to be a god yourself to experience what Hades II has to offer. But if you happen to be one, you can brave escalating challenges for greater rewards, and prove just how divine you really are.

Rich, atmospheric presentation and storytelling fused with responsive action is the hallmark of Supergiant's titles. Vivid new hand-painted environments, even smoother real-time 3D characters, and an electrifying original score make this mythic world burst with life.

The rogue-lite game for people who don't like rogue-lite games. I adored Hades 1, but I never quite finished up all the achievements, and going back to it now, I find myself hardly able to have fun. Hades 2 just does SO much to improve upon the formula of the original. A rare sequel that stays true to the original, while still being able to improve upon it. Like Hades 1, it strikes a fantastic difficulty balance, by giving players the ability to tune the game to their own liking. I make a rule of always doing the "recommended weapon at next challenge difficulty" in every run, while my wife and son just kinda do whatever they feel like doing, so we're all having a blast. It's also a game where I have plenty of very frustrating moments, but everything is just so well designed from a gameplay perspective that I can't help but respect the game even for the things I hate (Except for Polyphemus, ♥♥♥♥ Polyphemus).

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Was dubious about how much could be improved upon compared to the first game, but it's absolutely everything. The core gameplay loop is roughly the same as the first Hades, but systems have been much more fleshed out and polished. Highly recommend; however, there are lots of callbacks to the first game which I personally enjoy, thus recommend playing the first Hades game before this one. Boons, NPCs, weapons, regions and enemies have all been thought out much better. The regions have actual distinguishing features that separate them from others, and none of the weapons feel noticeable weaker than the others (I should know after clearing 32 heat with every weapon in the first Hades - the rail gun lacks knockback and the damage doesn't make up for it) The combat has been improved substantially by the introduction of a mana system, which may seem a bit out of place at first but quickly proves its usefulness. Instead of spamming buttons and animation cancelling as much as possible, you can charge up attacks, leaving you vulnerable but allowing you to trigger strong boons and deal high damage. Speaking of, the boons are all much more interconnected. Every god now has their own unique debuff and works around that debuff, instead of some gods having damaging effects or defensive effects. None of the gods feel wasted, and since there's a good few extra, you won't feel like you've done all possible combinations as quickly. On top of that, the NPCs you encounter can actually offer run buffs and have effects that make it worthwhile to see them. Lastly, the music is very good. It's reminiscent of the first game, and at first I thought it was a bit too similar, but changed my mind as I progressed. Only the first zone feels like it reuses music, and the remixed version is refreshing and has a different vibe to it. - No issues playing on Arch Linux, using KDE Plasma. Great performance
Great game all around, Supergiant games sequel to Hades has the same addicting game play that makes you come back for another run. Like all thier previous games the character portraits and art style are a feast for the eye. Even though you traverse the same levels again and again the game keep throwing new things at you to keep things exciting. This is a rare 10/10 game for me, atleast.
This is the best game of all time, no question. The combat is so satisfying, the storyline is amazing, and really everything about the game is so well-made that it clears everything. I played the original Hades for about a year with 350 hours on it, and I really thought it could not get better than that, but my goodness, the devs outdid themselves with this one.
Super Fun.
Hades II is an absolute masterpiece. Supergiant somehow took everything that made the original so addictive and made it even better. The art, music, characters, and voice acting are all phenomenal, and the story does a great job of keeping you invested even when you're getting destroyed for the hundredth time. It’s challenging without feeling unfair, rewarding without getting repetitive, and ridiculously easy to lose hours in. If you enjoyed the first Hades, this is a must-play. If you’ve never played Hades before, this is still an incredible place to start. Death to Chronos!
