Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 32.14/day in the week to Jul 22 → 55.38/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The first-ever sequel from Supergiant Games builds on the best aspects of the original god-like rogue-like dungeon crawler in an all-new, action-packed, endlessly replayable experience rooted in the Underworld of Greek myth and its deep connections to the dawn of witchcraft.
As the immortal Princess of the Underworld, you'll explore a bigger, deeper mythic world, vanquishing the forces of the Titan of Time with the full might of Olympus behind you, in a sweeping story that continually unfolds through your every setback and accomplishment.
Infuse your legendary weapons of Night with ancient magick, so that none may stand in your way. Become stronger still with powerful Boons from more than a dozen Olympian gods, from Apollo to Zeus. There are nearly limitless ways to build your abilities.
Meet a cast of dozens of fully-voiced, larger-than-life characters, including plenty of new faces and some old friends. Grow closer to them through a variety of new interactions, and experience countless unique story events based on how your journey unfolds.
New locations, challenges, upgrade systems, and surprises await as you delve into the ever-shifting Underworld again and again. Reveal the mysteries of the Altar of Ashes, tame witchy familiars, and gather reagents using Tools of the Unseen to get closer to your goal.
Thanks to a variety of permanent upgrades and the return of God Mode, you don't have to be a god yourself to experience what Hades II has to offer. But if you happen to be one, you can brave escalating challenges for greater rewards, and prove just how divine you really are.

Rich, atmospheric presentation and storytelling fused with responsive action is the hallmark of Supergiant's titles. Vivid new hand-painted environments, even smoother real-time 3D characters, and an electrifying original score make this mythic world burst with life.

Reviews
Its not a bad game if viewed as a standalone but the amount of downgrades it has as a sequel is honestly insane and leaves so much to be not just desired but expected, the new garden and inventory mechanics make it feel like a grindfest at times since the game relies much more heavily on meta progression (which doesn't even feel like it since most of the time its just random incantations to be able to get another incantation to further the story). The writing is honestly INCREDIBLY bad and the ending is among the worst I've seen in any media, it feels detached, boring and lackluster which is incredibly disappointing after the warm and carefully paced story of the first game.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Grandiose, c'est Hades 1 en plus dense, plus cohérent, plus riche... Que d'émotions et de sensations devant ce chef d'oeuvre culte
时间谋杀高手~就是太肝了~
The rogue-lite game for people who don't like rogue-lite games. I adored Hades 1, but I never quite finished up all the achievements, and going back to it now, I find myself hardly able to have fun. Hades 2 just does SO much to improve upon the formula of the original. A rare sequel that stays true to the original, while still being able to improve upon it. Like Hades 1, it strikes a fantastic difficulty balance, by giving players the ability to tune the game to their own liking. I make a rule of always doing the "recommended weapon at next challenge difficulty" in every run, while my wife and son just kinda do whatever they feel like doing, so we're all having a blast. It's also a game where I have plenty of very frustrating moments, but everything is just so well designed from a gameplay perspective that I can't help but respect the game even for the things I hate (Except for Polyphemus, ♥♥♥♥ Polyphemus).

very nice sequel
Jogo muito bonito e bom
I'm conflicted, because I played more of this than I did the first Hades, but I have the first Hades listed alongside some of my favorite games of all time. I think ultimately, it's counterproductive to compare them too much, so I'll focus mostly on the merits of II in its own right. Supergiant's wonderful "house style" is as active as ever here, the hand-painted environments and hand-painted characters are both gorgeous to behold. There's also such a wealth of fun and vibrant dialogue, the game really leads you to form an authentic connection with its many characters. There are a few more NPCs here than the first, and many of the Cthonic NPCs from 1 do not return. This makes the nectar and ambrosia giving and relationship building portion of this game just as delightful as the first, although it's missing certain particularly memorable quests like Musician and Muse. I suppose I'm just going to compare them anyway. Well, I suppose it was inevitable. Gameplay wise, the combat is as snappy, fast-paced, and creative as ever. There are a few weapons in this one that feel absolutely confounding (I just could not get the skull to work very well for me outside of some lucky Daedalus rolls), but in due fairness certain weapons in 1 like the sword never fully clicked for me. It's particularly fun to use the myriad resources at your disposal to snowball a difficult weapon aspect into an unbelievably powerful combo. The enemies and guardians are also just as creative and full of life as those of the first- with twice as many from the developers having given us two routes to run this time around. Standout guardians include the Oceanus guardian and the Mount Olympus guardian, both of whom are even more fun on Vow of Rivals. The guardians all feel like they have the ability to do some gnarly damage and beat you back if you're not careful, but neither are they ever unfairly powerful. If you've paid attention to your build throughout, they are all eminently beatable enemies. As a platinum, I have to say this was a more enjoyable run than the first one. It took me a similar amount of time (about 13 hours more), but as discussed there's a bit less than twice as much content. A few of the achievements that make the original platinum feel subjectively so grueling (Friends Forever and Complete Set, in particular) are gone here, replaced with still-intensive counterparts like Bearing Dark Gifts that all the same feel much less like busywork. There's ample opportunity to get your achievements to overlap here, and you don't have to spend the last 10 hours of your platinum run getting the last few keepsakes and hoping against hope that you can get Sisyphus to spawn. Overall, to really no one's surprise Supergiant has put together another incredible game here. The characters are vibrant, the plot is emotional and well realized, the combat is driving and consistently interesting, and every inch of it is absolutely beautiful. I haven't even mentioned the voice acting, or Darren Korb's always-superb scoring. A labor of love that is everything you hope for from a sequel, one that expands upon what made the original so great and offers plenty more new things to love and to get good at. A game I recommend without condition, and to anyone who might have a love for it.
Great game all around, Supergiant games sequel to Hades has the same addicting game play that makes you come back for another run. Like all thier previous games the character portraits and art style are a feast for the eye. Even though you traverse the same levels again and again the game keep throwing new things at you to keep things exciting. This is a rare 10/10 game for me, atleast.
