Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 5.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Made by the same team behind Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Assassin's Creed, you'd think that this game would be a solid open-world action game with a solid storyline worthy to succeed the Arkham series. Unfortunately, this may go down as the worst DC video game ever made. It's extremely obvious that the writers, especially the dialogue writers and lore writers, are all comprised of Gen Z interns that spend 12 hours per day on social media. The dialogue feels like it came off of a CW show, the characters all feel like stiff stage actors reciting lines off a page, there's no big team up moment with the whole crew except for cutscene moments in the hub area, the main villain of the story isn't even defeated, the ending feels super anti-climactic, and the side stories are far more interesting than the main story. The world is the largest DC world ever in a video game, and yet it also feels the most empty. There's no dynamic world events like in Arkham Knight, quests are level-gated so you have to grind out levels to progress to future quests, unlocking basic features like fast travel and being able to glide with your cape are locked behind challenges and open-world bloat, the character upgrade tree is incremental and hardly changes how you play, and the entire combat system is based around level-gating your gear with various components that drop in chests and quest rewards like something pulled from Anthem or Destiny. It is not possible to just go through the main story alone - you must do open world bloat to level up enough to complete the later missions. On top of that, there's a severe lack of side missions to expand on this world. There's three villain side stories that last between 90-120 minutes each - and that's it. There's open world recycled crimes that pop up, but zero of them are tied to actual story missions. Arkham Knight had probably 10-15 hours worth of side missions alone (not including riddler trophies), and it had significantly less development time than this game did. It's pretty obvious that this game was originally designed to be a live-service game - there's probably over 100 different skins and cosmetics, the entire loot system is based around mod augments and grinding for upgrade components, and the map is big enough to support years of new content and missions that feel like they're missing. I'm betting WB looked at the market and saw all of these live-service games bombing and decided to switch course to a more single-player based experience, which is why the game was delayed by 12 months from its initial launch window. Do not recommend this even on discount. Not worth the headache.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Gotham Knights and why it is flawed despite potential
I honestly wish I could give this game a mixed review score but unfortunately and despite liking some aspects or elements of the game, there are some elements which I personally found are tedious or negative and outweigh the game's good things. I was initially inspired to give it a try after seeing a youtube gameplay video of a high level Robin player making it look somewhat fun despite the open criticism the game has received and do not regret my time with it at all. However, with this review I'd like to offer some perspective on what is tedious or outright bad design-wise and ultimately led me to not pursue 100% completion.

Story & Premise
After battling Ra's Al Ghul inside the batcave, both Batman and him ultimately kill each other. Gotham Knights is centered around Batman's protegées Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl and Red Hood taking it upon themselves to solve the case of their mentor's death as well as some unresolved investigation he was in pursuit of prior to his demise. So far a genuinely decent opportunity to put the spotlight unto other characters besides the beloved caped crusader each with their own style and personality. The game introduces one of the most fascinating opponents of the Batman Rogue Gallery with
The Court of Owls
, only to completely negate their potential towards the end of the game and substitute them yet again for Talia al Ghul and the League of Assassins which already appeared in previous Arkham Games and kind of feel like a boring choice alltogether, given the fact the the Batman Universe has a tremendously diverse rogue gallery that could have delivered far more interesting story ideas. I suppose SBI is to blame for this but I won't go into details because the story really isn't that interesting and the ending was quite underwhelming anyway. Also Gotham Knights is not even connected with the Arkham Universe so this and Arkham Knight (the far more superior game imho) have no relevance with each other.
Gameplay Tedium
The gameplay loop consists of picking one of the four titular characters and patroling a version of Gotham that is far less atmospheric or detailed then the iterations of the Arkham Games. There are several objectives on the map like saving hostages from a bunch of faction thugs, preventing waves of enemies from hacking a terminal, preventing a robbery or small crimes of 2 to 3 thugs mugging a civilian. In typical looter game fashion, these objectives or mini-missions are repeated over and over with specific map locales being constantly reused. The idea is grinding these similar like i.e. replaying an open world activity in the Division or any other loot based game. The objectives feel similar to the challenge maps from the Arkham Games but only misused for open world looter gameplay, i.e.: "take out 5 targets silently and unseen"....The reward being materials and blueprints for gear and the loop is only broken up by the far more superior (but still shallow) story missions. In some ways, the game reminded me of Shadow of Mordor/War - you'll understand when you play it and compare them. However, one of the worst decisions is having to cancel a patrol and return to the Belfry, the Base of Operations for the Heroes, in order to swap to the new equipment! I'm sorry but whoever came up with this is hopefully not working in the game industry anymore, that's how stupid the idea is! On top of that, the game does have a modchip fusion system that is so barebones, that I could have been left out in the first place and probably just serves to pad out the grind for loot. While there is a positive element of adding a transmog system for gear so the player can choose among their favorite designs for each character, again a letdown is that only the currently worn gear can have elements changed (like color schemes etc) whereas the transmog cannot! Seriously why!? Do you expect the players to stop their patrol just to be able to customize their look!? In a looter game!? The combat system is a departure from the Arkham games with their reactive counter system and instead use a dodge move called "perfect evade" that immediately flows into "perfect attack". Landing hits succesfully generates "Momentum", which in turn fuels the special abilities that are gradually unlocked for each character. It is a very simple system and not bad per sé, but makes some fights very monotonous in comparison to let's say Arkham Knight or Arkham City where Batman can freely use his tools in oder to dictate the flow of battle. But this here is a looter after all and should first and foremost be considered a looter rpg and not an open world action adventure. The enemies I hated fighting the most where just the ranged units shooting you from off-screen, often disrupting the flow of battle because the awarness marker for their attack often is hard to track in the heat of combat where the player juggles different attacks for different enemy types. Same goes for units that just perfectly dodge and evade every basic attack and mostly can only be stopped with some option that somehow tediously disrupts the flow.
Collectibles etc
Gotham Knights has some of the worst collectibles collections of any game I ever played and I'm not ashamed to admit that I used an interactive map online to track and find them and save me some tedium. The game expects you to discern some landmarks in terms of them being historically important.Naturally you would expect some specific places to be , like let's say Arkham Asylum etc but the scanable plaques are sometimes placed in corners that are just tedious to track. Or Robin wants you to scan public murals and artworks for a school project with not discernible payoff whatsoever! Except maybe one or two points for unlocking passives or skills that you might never even use in the first place. Or the worst offender - The Historia Strigidae Pages which can be found by looking at a hardly visible symbol on walls all across the city both above and below ground. Yeah, no. Use a guide or a map and save yourself some time and massive pointless tedium if you hunt for achievements.

Additional Thoughts
The game intrduces a higher level cap in ng+ raising the max level from 30 to 40 and thus also the level of loot. This ties in to the addition of "Showdown", a mode where some of the story's bossfights can be replayed at higher difficulty threshold for loot and achievements and "Heroic Assault", a 4 player coop dungeon crawl that seems copied straight from Games like the Division 2, where players have to clear 30 levels with boss floors and objectives etc. I just hate that some of the achievements are tied to this, but it it's also understandable given the fact, the GK is first and foremost conceptionalized as a multiplayer or coop game. Both modes can be played solo of course, but some objecives are super tedious whithout backup like repairing a generator while being attacked by endless waves of enemies. Which for me is the point where I finally gave up on completing the 100%. There were some elements I liked and some that where straight adapted from previous Arkham Games here and there, but ultimately the tedious elements paired with a weak story, limited character growth and a somewhat uninspired playground in comparison to previous Arkham games led me to a mixed feeling about the game with a tendency more towards the negative. Now, please keep in mind, this is not a Rocksteady game - but given the fact of how Suicide Squad kills the Justice League, another (SBI-infested) looter shooter game turned out, that wouldn't have saved this game from ultimately being just "mid" but at least worth a try at a deep discount.
Had the potential to be a great game. Missed that potential by a long shot
O jogo é divertido, ainda mais se for com o amigos, não confiem no pessoal que diz ser o pior jogo, porque não é, tá longe disso. - Ainda não zerei e procuro novas amizades para jogar, bora?
A huge step down in polish
LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH (save me)
I really wish I could say I like this game but there's nothing about it I've enjoyed. On top of the disliking the character designs and finding the story sub par and not engaging at all, this game is so incredibly glitchy and the gameplay just isn't very smooth. The first time I launched the game it was fine, and then crashed 40 minutes in. The second time I launched it everything but the UI was so blurry, despite being verified on steam deck and now having been released 4 years ago. There are still so many issues with it.
Non te fagas isto, quérete máis, non hai nada aquí que precises na túa vida
I'm going to parrot a lot of what other people say but it's worth it. If you want to buy this game, BUY IT. It's fantastic. If you're buying this with the intent that it's going to feel like an entry to the 'Arkham' game series, Its not. Gotham Knights is it's own thing, and the majority of the negative reviews on this game are people slamming it for not being a Batman Arkham game. Idiots. This game is genuinely fun and does NOT deserve the hate it gets. Yes, the movement controls can be a little bit overwhelming sometimes but if you're playing with a friend it can make for some funny moments- at least, it did for me. I am on my fifth playthrough of the game. It's really good. I love the story, I love the personality in the characters and the designs that they chose. This game is not perfect by all means but it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good and makes for a solid few hours of play. The story is short, but offers a decent bit of side content to keep you entertained. There's lots of collectables if you're a fan of running around the map, or fighting specific things to get a new colour palette to use on your outfit or your bike. Seeing this game get 'Mixed' reviews, negative ones, is heartbreaking. Because the majority of those are "This is a terrible arkham game" Its NOT an Arkham game!! If you're going into a game with expectations, you run the risk of being let down! If you want to try a game, you should just Try It. If you don't like it, you have 1-2 hours to refund it. But if you're going to be put off by a negative steam review, how will you ever know if you like it?? Trust me on this one, give Gotham Knights a go. It is fun, even moreso with friends, and Its kept me entertained for many hours. I cannot recommend this game more, just please go in with an open mind and do not chalk it down to Arkham- its not Arkham, It never will be Arkham- and thats okay. Let it speak for itself, stop comparing it, I promise the second you do this game is a gem.
this is same hot ass
