Gotham Knights

It is not as polished as Batman games that came before. Combat and city traversal feels lacking and the jump mechanic is annoying. Graphics are ok barely and combat is ok just not on par with Batman.

I would recommend playing Gotham Knights (Only when heavily discounted) but it's hard to be impressed by it when the Arkham Trilogy exists. Everything about Gotham Knights in my opinion is okay/good but it doesn't excel in anything in particular. The story did feel rushed, the animation on the characters I did not like as it's very stiff. The combat was not that great either. Although there is more variety than the Arkham games, the combat was not satisfying. Dodges were annoying at times as the dodge animations were slower than some of the combo's the enemies were doing. The graphics of Gotham Knight is very pleasing and captures Gotham very nice, not as grim as the Arkham atmosphere however that's not a bad thing. I recommend this game if you go into it without expecting an Arkham style game. I rate this 6.5-7/10. Slightly above average.

I've platinum-ed this game on the PS5. It's borderline unplayable, boring and the journey to platinum felt like torture but damn I love it so much.

O jogo é bom e tem uma história e proposta boa, mas acaba tendo missões bem repetitivas, seja principais ou secundarias, mas tirando isso, o jogo é sim bom, e traz uma história interessante e que te traz interesse pra jogar.

O jogo em si é legal mas tem algumas coisas nele que me incomodaram e me fizeram achar que ele é um sólido 6/10. Já adianto que é meio difícil jogar online hoje em dia pelo matchmaking, mas se você tiver um amigo pra jogar com você, pode ser que seja uma experiência bem legal. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: Primeiramente, o desempenho do jogo é um pouco abaixo do eu esperava, ele, mesmo após anos de lançamento, é um jogo que não é muito bem renderizado (foi difícil fazer ele ficar com uma média de 30 fps, mesmo usando opções para otimizar o desempenho), apresentando algumas quedas de fps em alguns momentos específicos. Adicionalmente, mesmo com pouco tempo de jogo já encontrei alguns bugs que me fizeram ter que reiniciar o jogo (não dava pra progredir a missão) e também o jogo Crashou algumas vezes. Pra mim esse é o principal ponto negativo. A personalidade dos protagonistas foi algo que logo de cara me desagradou, eles são muito genéricos e vazios. O Jason é um esquentadinho que quer sair na porrada o tempo todo com todo mundo, o Tim parece um coitado assustado, o ♥♥♥♥ é um cara sem sal e a bárbara... ela é a mais legal, meio carismática e aconselha os outros 3, mas têm momentos em que ela parece só existir como artifício do roteiro pra dar segmento na historia, já que ela é a "nerd" do grupo e usa a tecnologia pra achar pistas pras missões, ela parece mais uma sidekick do que uma protagonista. Uma coisa legal é que cada um dos 4 parece muito ter sido inspirado em uma das tartarugas ninjas. O mapa aberto do jogo é ok, não tem nada demais dentro dele fora as missões mas isso é quase que um padrão em jogos de super herói, já que o foco não é a exploração em si. PONTOS POSITIVOS: O jogo em si é divertido, ainda mais se você tiver um amigo pra fazer a história junto com você. O grande ponto aqui é que o jogo é um batman online, e isso até é bem legal. A jogabilidade não é das melhores mas as lutas são divertidas e os combos são bonitos de se ver (principalmente com o ♥♥♥♥). Dirigir a Batcycle também é bem legal em alguns momentos, e sinceramente eu me diverti empinando ela pelo mapa. Em resumo é um jogo divertido, tô me divertindo jogando, mas não espere muito se for comprar. Se você é um fã de carteirinha do Batman pode se decepcionar. Entre no jogo de mente aberta.

Fun if you don't go into it expecting it to be like the gotham games, also if you play with a friend. That being said still i still recommend buying it on sale instead of full price. Runs well on my pc, better than other similar games.

I tried to view it as a separate game as the arkham series, but this is such a bad game, the graphics are worse than arkham knight which released in 2015, the dialogue is half baked, the combat is horrendous and basically everything in this game makes me want to just go back to batman arkham, even arkham asylum plays better than this thing
