About
You’ve landed the dream job - mayor of a picturesque town rife with potential. Congrats! The spec promised rolling hills & friendly locals. What it didn’t mention was that the place is a total fixer upper.
So, roll up your sleeves and take charge as a hands-on mayor on the go. Plan neighbourhoods, place buildings and transport routes, welcome visitors, and turn them into happy, productive residents.
Watch your town grow and blossom, then keep it running when things get busy, messy, or go wonderfully sideways.
Lay down your streets, then place businesses, homes, and services where they’ll thrive. Welcome tourists, keep them happy, and give them plenty of reasons to stick around and make your town their home. Hire workers, keep shops stocked, and make sure the money keeps flowing, then upgrade, expand, and unlock new ways to help your town flourish.
Tailor each business, industry zone and building configuration to suit your wants and needs. Assign workers, optimise supply chains, set-up logistics networks and watch your systems go from strength to strength. Will you let automation do the heavy lifting, or will you be the Mayor of Micromanagement?
As mayor, you deserve the perfect place to call home. Dive into immersive house customisation with full 360° placement and a handy colour picker, so every corner looks exactly the way you want it. Need a new look while you work? Step into the Change-O-Tron. Your mayor. Your style. Trinicorncycle optional (but encouraged).
Play solo for ultimate control over your town, making every inch exactly to your liking, or team-up with up to four mayors in online co-op, mixing local and online play for just the right amount of teamwork and chaos. Chat, emote, and ping your location to rally help when things get busy. Just don’t spend all your time running each other over.

Pros: There are a ton of things to unlock and a lot to explore. There are lots of areas that have little secrets and a LOT of unlocking to do and things to collect. Decorating is fun and intuitive and you can spend a lot of time making the city look exactly how you want to. Almost everything is interactable. You can lay on a massage table, high five chickens, and eat everything you serve at the different locations. When you host a multiplayer game there are a lot of options for how much you'd like the person to be able to do. There are so many types of vehicles and you can spawn as many of them as you want. There were a LOT of moving parts, but all of the NPCs and workers worked very efficiently, and you didn't have to do much for them to know exactly what to do to run the town. I liked the cute little small plot that went alongside the story. Cons: There were some lull times where you basically have to play the game semi-idle and wait for things to happen. I wasn't expecting an idle experience with this at all. The game was shorter than I thought - around 20 hours is a bit short for a Life Sim game. The last few achievements that were 100% RNG was unfair and frustrating. There were only three housing options and it got very expensive to buy at the end as the price kept increasing. Finished? Yes Steam Achievements? Annoying RNG at the end for three of them. Otherwise some of them were pretty fun to get! Steam Deck? Really good! For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I think the game is fantastic. After playing for nearly 7.5 hours, I'd like to share a few suggestions. I think the workers I hire should be able to drive cars. Since cars can already be purchased from the in-game store, I'd be happy to buy vehicles for the residents I hire so they can use them for work. I also think the game would benefit from a proper traffic system with streetlights and traffic lights. Tourists visiting the town should obey traffic signals, and residents living in houses or apartments should also be able to drive. I believe features like these would make the town feel much more alive and realistic, just like a real city. If the team plans to expand the game even further in the future, you could also consider adding a subway or metro system, either underground or elevated. I think that would make the city feel even more immersive and modern. Those are just a few suggestions from me. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback, and thank you for creating such a great game!
A very cozy game with great progression, cute animations, unlockable cosmetics, and a lively world. I played the demo and waited for the 1.0 release, and I'm not disappointed. The online co-op added in the update runs smoothly for me as well. I hope to see more amazing updates in the future, I’d love the ability to enter the NPC homes and more NPC interactions in the town. Thank you devs for the fun game.
Go-Go Town! 🍿 Great co-op management and exploration, best in the genre imo! The price is worth it because with 1 copy you can play with someone else! The terrain manipulation and freedom to rearrange buildings is my favorite feature because it makes it easy to change things without costing stamina or tons of gold! It's so fun that the hours passed by so quickly it was hard to stop playing! ♡ The EGO Tech Tree has 9 tiers, which can feel a little overwhelming at first because there's always something new being introduced. There's always another shop to unlock, a new vehicle waiting to be discovered, or a Townie quest to complete. Once Courier Service finally unlocks (Tier 3), automation lets me step away from town management and go explore the sewers, desert, mines or forest. The atmosphere is great, lots of achievements, highly recommend! ✧ Tips: 🔧 Keep 1 tool in your pocket with LT 🚗 Keep 1 vehicle in your pocket with RT 📦 Storage bins hold at least 2 different items! Lock more than one item in the bins! 🍔 Trash only occurs with food, so consider waiting until you have maintenance and garbage disposal set up before adding food.
I bought this because of the 'Overwhelmingly positive' reviews, to play with my girlfriend. Overall, it's a cute game, but I found it a little boring, if you liked stardew valley it's very possible you'll like this, I personally think stardew is a better game. But GOOD GOD, the controls are genuinely awful, like they make the game so much less enjoyable than it otherwise could be, it's like the devs never even took a second to think about intuitive UX in their life. The music is also very bad, and also subtracted from my enjoyment of the game a lot.
the game is such a great game! i honestly have been enjoying it, gives animal crossing vibes but more, i did play the demo to see if its something i would like to play and let me just say the demo sold me so i had to buy it, but when i loaded into the full game it was stuff i didnt know it had, since the demo didnt know it all, honestly to anyone thinking of getting the game please get, its soo worth it
It's fun to make and customize your town, though the gameplay is kinda shallow and the campaign might as well be a creative mode because both currencies come in infinitely with next to no effort and there is no way to do bad or fail. If you like games that throw success at you constantly, you'll find a home here. I also wouldn't consider it a cozy game, because the loop is breakneck paced and there's always a thousand things you could be doing. With currency that has a cap and never stops coming in, so you're constantly wasting it because you can't spend it fast enough. There's no down time embedded into the loop to just relax and customize. Of course for the same reason you don't HAVE to spend that wasted currency, but I still find it overwhelming, and constantly feel like I'm 'playing it wrong'. Hitting that cap and leaving it there for 10 minutes while I do something just feels bad, and I know that's not gonna be a feeling everyone gets, kinda like the 'hording healing items' thing, but if you do get the suboptimal ick, consider yourself warned! The customizing end also falls slightly short, as you can't terraform ledges until you beat the game, so you're pushed into your town's shape from the start, and you can't customize zones until midgame, so a lot of stuff just is where they put it without your input for a long time. The 1.1 update promises a tool wheel that's not yet in the game, meaning until then you're stuck with only 2 on your character, and to keep 2 you have to keep putting one down and picking it back up. I know all that probably makes it sound like I hate it, but I really don't. It's well made, it has a ton of charm, it's visually appealing, and it's super unique. And at the launch discount, around $20, I think it's very well priced. There's 0 microtransactions, no time gating gameplay or FOMO, and it's made with a ton of love. But I would like to see a hard mode, with a fail state and currencies that you have to put more work in to earn. I think that would both slow the game down and make success feel a lot better. And more ways to play is always a good bonus, right? I would certainly love to start a new town in a mode like that. But even if it never happens, I'm still pretty happy with it.
This game is so fun and even more fun couch co-op with friends that you tricked into coming over to play this game couch co-op.
This game is so so fun! I love that it's a building game but it has so much more to it, I feel like I haven't explored enough yet. 1.0 just launched I am waiting for the game to update so I can play the new version.
