Play RollerCoaster Tycoon 1, 2, 3 or Planet Coaster(s) instead. This game could've had potential if they ever fixed anything. Building paths, rides, ANYTHING, is all janky and doesn't work how you want it to. I had no issues with crashes as others have stated but the game is not cooperating with me trying to build. $5 I'd say it fair to mess around with but dont expect a GOOD game. Main menu reminds me of some shovelware from the wii era.
It's ♥♥♥♥, don't bother Every other RCT is better Even basic pathway building is nearly impossible to do, and on medium settings it's making my half year old 5070ti build sweat
this is the worst game i have ever played
Poorly optimized. Constant crashes
This game is TRASH, grid disappears when moving objects, paths split after placing objects, can't place objects on a flat terrain because of the grid. I haven't even made it to playing with Peeps in the park yet and I'm uninstalling immediately. If it's this bad after only placing 4 paths, 6 shops, and 2 restrooms, there's not a snowballs chance in hell I'm going to stick around & hope it gets better. How many developers did this game go through? What an embarrassment.
While designing the roller coasters is fun, the overall experience of everything else just ruins it. I did deal with crashes and bugs but what upset me the most is the fact that this game tried to overcomplicate everything compared to the previous versions. Path building is weird (need to build a separate queue path compared to just a regular path). Rather than hiring staff straight off, you first need to construct a building for them. And the food/store stalls are expensive which would not be a big issue if it wasn't for all the peeps preferences. Overall the game gave me a headache and after the 6th crash, I decided that was enough for me.
I have played this across 3 different laptops. All were different versions of windows and different brands. On all the laptops, the game was glitchy and crashed frequently. If it were not glitchy it would be a great game but its hard to play when it keeps crashing.
This is the coolest rollercoaster tycoon yet. I was shocked by the bad reviews, it almost made me not buy it. lol I grew up with all of them, i think my dad hates the rollercoaster tycoon music. 12 hours a day, years, me and his girlfriends son at the time 1 as 12-13ish, just leaving it running. xD This is also the best rollercoaster game yet. Very few back then let us ride 1 rollercoaster and it wasn't rollercoaster tycoon. The best part of this, is probably the part people hate, the "spline building". I myself love 3d modeling in splines, it's endless hours of amusement for my by it self, it does take a lot of practice. It's amazing. Even myself took all day/night to get the rollercoaster tutorial done, but, when you get it, you'll get every reason they did it, it's cool. To zooming into to walking, can even see the individual chain links in the swing, to out more, they have made rollercoaster tycoon remarkable in this release, i'm more captivated into this one than the first ones after the coaster tutorial. the requirements seamed low, they're not, i think on run battlefield one on higher setting than i can run this. lol very happy i didn't listen to the bad reviews or the bad google ai review.
JUNK!!!!! Crashes all the time. If it was free i could over look it idc if its $3.00 if you buy something it should work. unhappy.
