A very well executed and interesting game, though occaisonally obtuse with grindy progression, stil absolutely worth it to experience the story and it's characters.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I keep wanting to write out a longer review for this, which I will do at some point, but I felt the need to write something a bit shorter now. I didn't expect to like this visual novel as much as I did going into it, as I wasn't really sure what was in store for me, but I quickly became obsessed with the premise and the setting and the characters and the gameplay loop as I played through it. Whilst I do have my minor grievances with parts of the gameplay, especially towards the end (it does get very repetitive at some points, and it can get frustrating to trigger some of the events), I very much enjoyed pretty much every aspect of it, and I’m still thinking about it extensively to this day, even after having finished it many months ago. I usually suck at social deduction games in real life because I’m just terrible at lying, so Gnosia definitely scratched that itch for me without me having to play with real people lol. It was fun and interesting and also extremely heartbreaking. I did cry several times whilst playing, mostly towards the end (if you know, you know). Speaking of the end: I really liked slowly learning everything, from the setting to the characters to the situation said characters were currently facing (including the rules of the game), as it progressed, and how everything tied up nicely (and also bittersweetly) at the end. It was also super cool to see non-binary and asexual (or non-binary- and asexual-adjacent) characters in a piece of media, especially Setsu, who is effectively a second protagonist alongside the player character (I love them to death). The whole experience was just very special to me, and I feel like I played it at exactly the right time for it to hit as hard as it did for me. There’s actually so, so much I could talk about in relation to this game, and I’m struggling not to make this review too long, so I’ll quickly fire off some other things I really like. The soundtrack is absolutely incredible, and adds so much to the feel of the game (Blue Sky Blue Star made me sob my eyes out on more than one occasion). The character designs, as well as the art, are colourful and absolutely stunning (I especially like Remnan’s design, but I’m also a sucker for white-haired characters, generally). Every character is very distinct in terms of design and personality, and I really like how they all bounce off of one another when interacting. Their skills, too, played a big role in conveying who they were as people, and I also really liked seeing how they acted when they were infected with gnos. Sha-Ming was especially interesting to me in that regard, because he didn’t act like how I expected him to. The characters all had a lot of depth to them, and most of them also weren’t black-and-white in terms of morals and such, which I quite enjoyed. Playing as a gnosia was super fun, though I also really liked playing as a crew member and trying to sus things out (I really like solving mysteries). The game also did a really good job in making me dislike Raqio at first, but then very much warmed me up to them as it went on. I, personally, really enjoyed the plot, as well as the endings, though I know they fell a bit flat for others. I’m just really into time loops in fiction, and I liked seeing how the situation affected Setsu, as well as me, as I progressed. I do acknowledge that Gnosia is not for everyone. It can get really slow and frustrating and repetitive at times, though I’m willing to cut it some slack due to the loops (I do think some of this frustration was intentional). There's a lot of trial and error. As I mentioned earlier, triggering some of the events can feel impossible at times. I still haven’t been able to get the last two skills I need in order to get the final achievement. But, despite all of this, I do think it’s worth checking out, even if you’re tossing up whether you’ll like it or not. Am I biased because it became one of my biggest obsessions for several months? Yes. But do I also think it’s pretty good, regardless? Also yes. Semi-related: it was so cool to watch the anime as it was airing after finishing the game. The fact that it even got an anime adaptation at all is awesome, and I think they did a decent job on it (though I still much prefer the visual novel).
