gnarly hike has clunky play a good scary feel to it sound effects apart from the ending when you shoot the skull is pretty good . puzzles are pretty good for me though my brain is pretty small it copes with the challenge ...which I accepted graphics are nice enough but a little polish wouldve made this game a little better the well I wont ruin it...end boss fight as I feel it was is frustrating due to the way the items are set up in load out that being said I did finish the game and felt for the price it was worth it despite hiding mechanics being pointless midway in the game there are many games like this and its not the worst imo
This game is a good play for anyone who loves a good old-school scare. The story is non existent, and the character is bad-developed. The gameplay is challenging and unfair, but the environments are beautifully designed. The main downside is that the game can be a bit too short on directions, and the ending feels rushed. But overall, this is a very good horror game.
Gnarly Hike is a captivating horror escapade through a mysterious forest. Beautiful yet spine-chilling, the constant fear of being hunted elevates the suspense. Unravel secrets, expel spirits – a truly eerie adventure that grips you till the end !
Oh my love, oh the designer of the game, oh my life, oh the one who designed the game and put the sounds, oh my life, oh designers, oh beloved ones of the heart, you, oh the light of my eyes, oh the sesames of my heart, you, my life, why didn’t you control the monster, because every time I try to adjust a stage, and after I get tired, and after I eat air, and the broadcast goes down Watch it because the game is separated five times. Oh donkey, oh animal, curse your sister, father, sister, horror games, curse your mother, curse the mother, horror games. And for you, oh animal, oh female, oh goat, oh donkey, oh mule, oh colt, oh feline, curse your father, oh father, who is behind you, and for you, oh sons of Adam, the whole game was designed to be destroyed. A mistake made by the beast, why may God curse you, your father, and your mother?
The game's atmosphere is incredibly immersive, and the graphics are top-notch, making every jump scare and eerie sound feel all the more terrifying. However, some of the game's jump scares feel a bit too predictable and lose their impact as a result. Additionally, the game's combat mechanics can feel a bit clunky at times, making it difficult to kill the Wendigo. Ending was just…well..bad! But overall, a good vfm horror game
Gnarly Hike immerses players in a chilling first-person psychological horror experience, navigating through an atmospheric forest. The game seamlessly blends beautiful landscapes with horrifying scenes, creating a captivating visual journey. The constant fear of being hunted adds an adrenaline-fueled layer, keeping players on edge throughout. Uncovering secrets and expelling spirits contribute to the overall suspense, making each encounter pulse-pounding. Gnarly Hike is a must-play for those seeking a genuinely terrifying gaming experience in a hauntingly atmospheric world.
I was pleasantly surprised by this game. I wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded my (very) low expectations. The game is well-balanced, with the right amount of horror and puzzle-solving. The graphics are impressive, and the sound design is excellent. Too difficult to solve and progress and the door…should open both ways…I mean it’s 2024, we are past that. Overall, this is a good game that I would recommend to anyone looking for a good scare.
I've been a fan of horror games for years, and I have to say that this one actually delivers. The atmosphere is thick with tension, and the jump scares are genuinely terrifying. The graphics are beautiful, and the sound design is top-notch. The story is not well-written at all, but it keeps you guessing until the end, which is very weird and shallow. However, some of the puzzles can be a bit too difficult, and the game could use a few more interactive elements. Overall, I highly recommend this game to any horror fan looking for a truly immersive experience.
