this is sooo fun my special interest is paranormal investigation/ ghosts and I had a wonderful time. A few mis definitions of hauntings (notably poltergeists, as poltergeists technically are not spirits) but otherwise, I recommend this fully. Even my mother, who has no interest in the paranormal and hates reading, enjoyed it and won't let me keep playing so she doesn't lose her progress.
First time I've played a text-based game and honestly it's not half bad. I quite enjoyed it, though there was a spelling mistake/typo or two, and certain sections in the epilogue that I apparently travelled around with myself(?) rather than my spouse- Could do with some proof-reading but overall an enjoyable game if you can decipher the typo's.

Not worth the cost of admission. Cool concept, but the code pathing is off (several times, characters contradict themselves/the world state, or you can take an action that doesn't make sense with what you previously did). Plus, the story doesn't do as much with this concept as it could. You're mostly just playing matchmaker for a family of idiots.
Firing up NVDA supplied the Tect to Speech i needed to enjoy this adventure game, which unsurprisingly stars you as a ghost. Text only yarn with multiple choice progression. A nice change to be a character who can aim to simply scare everyone else silly. A deep game and worth the price if this style of game is your thing Navigation is easy so you can spend your time immering yourself into the spirited story where you are responsible for the jump scares.
Nice adventure
Really enjoyed the story.
It's good so far.
If you play these types of games to test the level of 'evil' you can be.. you'll be happy with this one. Far too often my options to live out my evil fantasies within interactive media are hampered by the developer or writer's pesky 'morality.' I'm not sure what it says about me that I love being as evil as possible in every video game and CYOA I play but.. if you're a freak like me you will dig this one!
"Ghost Simulator" A Fitting title. BAD NEWS, you DIED! GOOD NEWS, Your Still alive....sort of. Your a Ghost now, and the passage of time (or death itself) has given you a case of amnesia. Disturbed from your Eternal Slumber you find your self in a Manor, Presumably where you died, now occupied by a Family you know nothing about. So, what do you do now? What abilities do you posses as a Ghost? Do you uncover your past? Get to know the Family, or terrorize them perhaps? The choice is yours. Got though this short but sweet story in 5 hours. And my only MINOR complaint is that your Character seems to know about ALOT of things you the reader do not or never heard about. It doesn't brake the story or anything but it is a little Weird, like "when did this happen? how do you know this?" kind of thing. Their are 5 Ghost powers, 3 of which you get to pick. All of which have several uses, for both Good and Evil if you are so inclined.
Whisper, Poltergeist, Apparition, Possession and Dreamwalk.
So their is plenty of replayability here and different approaches to various scenes.
This is awesome for standalone story. I am very like story line .Overall this story is great and I very suggest it. I think It will be better if this story will be series or story in this universe
