This is a game you play because someone said the title out loud and everyone in the room immediately made the same terrible decision. It is ridiculous, awkward, chaotic, and deeply unserious. The whole thing feels like a party game that escaped containment and refused to explain itself to HR. The fun mostly comes from how absurd it is. You are not supposed to be dignified here. You are supposed to laugh, make bad choices, question why this exists, and then somehow keep playing because the nonsense has already won. It is definitely not for everyone, but if you are playing with the right people and everyone understands exactly what kind of game this is, it can be hilarious. Genital Jousting is weird, dumb, inappropriate, and committed to the bit with terrifying confidence. Sometimes a game does not need to be classy. Sometimes it just needs to make the group chat worse.

At first glance I thought this game would just be a bunch of sex jokes with no depth, gravity, content to it, but overtime as I played through the game I realized there's a lot more to it than what I was seeing. By the end of the game I realized there was one important lesson in life, "When life gets hard, get harder" and I strive to live by this moto everyday and night until I die because that's what John would want.
