Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4/day in the week to Aug 14 → 33.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Fun game, the campaign was alright. Not gonna bother with multiplayer. It plays well but its a 2006 cover shooter through and through, for better or worse. I wouldn't mind a remake of 2 and 3. Get it on sale.
Great to pick up on sale for the nostalgia of playing through the campaign again, single player or coop. Visuals looks great, had a few crashes but overall good performance. Def not worth it at full price
Cover and move: the game For a discount, it's OK, it's worth it. Especially for someone who hasn't played any Gears game before, and is curious to see what it's all about. I thought the graphics looked good. There were some bugs here and there, but nothing major. The main issues I had were the AI allies blocking my way and the cutscenes interrupting me when I am about to get some ammo. Either way, no big issues, easy game on normal, and it was a fun ride, and great to get to know some legendary characters like Cole, also some interesting mechanics like the Active Reload.
2.6hrs in and ive already struggled getting through the game solely due to the AI of the team mates. dom kept getting infront of the main bosses and agroing it till death. i now also cannot get past an area due to baird refusing to move from a spot even with orders being shouted at him. whatever the devs did to this game has messed up some serious things with the core mechanics. even the enemies struggle to understand whats going.
Não é o melhor jogo do mundo, mas é um bom jogo. Ele tens uns bugs, mas o modo história é maneiro
muy buen juego.
This game is the reason I bought an Xbox 360 as a teenager back in 2006, and playing it again nearly 20 years later is an absolute blast. I bought it purely for the campaign and have completely ignored the multiplayer, and honestly, the campaign is every bit as good as I remember. What really stands out is being able to experience it again in its full glory, with so much more detail than I could ever see on the original Xbox 360. There’s always a risk that nostalgia makes old games seem better than they actually were. Not this one. It still holds up incredibly well, and I’m having a fantastic time revisiting it.
