Prententious dire pap. Only play if you like pressing the space bar whilst having yours eyes assaulted by flashing migraine ninja lights.

I got this game from the bundle and noticed that devs attitude is kinda lame. The game for itself was pretty awful and because of the attitude of the dev I really hope nobody buys this game. Removed from library for the rest of my life.
The worst nightmare for true achievement hunters: an unobtainable achievement

Don't fill the Gauge! This achievement is here to prevent you from filling achievement gauge to 100%... and die. You can't unlock it.
To an e-mail inquiring him about it, the developer answered this way:
If your only pleasure when you play a video game is to fill an achievement gauge to 100% then you're perfectly right, don't buy it, it's not a game meant for you.
Guess what? Filling an "achievement gauge" isn't just a pleasure, it's a method for me to "gauge" (pun totally intended) my dedication towards a video game I like.
TL;DR
If you're a true achievement hunter, follow the developer's advice, and don't buy his game.
Technically, I didn't "buy" it, I got it in a bundle, and I "played" it 5 minutes just to review it.
Still not exactly sure what is going on, not sure the game wants me to know whats going on, and I'm okay with that. A very simple, fun and moreish game which plays with your mind as you try your hardest to look at a bar and maintain it's gauge by pressing space/ctrl whilst the game trys to distact you by manipulating the screen and playspace. Some may want to wait for a price reduction if they don't think $4 is worth a 'distraction' myself I think it's well worth $4 for a distraction as I have a game that I can pass 5 - 10 mins waiting by my side every day until I get sick of it.
This game is insane. Do not play if you are photosensitive or otherwise have trouble with quickly moving images or bright flashing lights. The mechanics in this game are simple: hold spacebar to fill a gauge. Then maybe press ctrl to activate a second gauge and then hold ctrl to fill this gauge. If either gauge fills completely, then you lose a life. If either gauge empties completely, you also lose a life. Keeping gauges close to full awards bonus points, and sometimes bonuses will appear which can only be received by almost emptying the first gauge. Keep playing until a high score. The trick is, this game throws as much visual noise at you as possible to distract you from these goals. It will also invert and scale and wobble and blur the gauges to throw you off. Very rarely does this seem unfair, with the only visually confusing technique I've encountered being changing the background to match the gauge. Overall, it does a very good job of making the gauge levels distinguishable in some fashion, even whilst playing with your eyes and head. It is a very intense visual experience and, as the achievement "Wanker" might suggest, a very intense digital experience. As such I would not play this game for prolonged periods of time, as otherwise you risk damaging your sense of balance and fingers. But, in small doses, this game is remarkably fun. The baby level is creepy though. Maybe don't play that one before bed.
Several years ago, this game's developer told an innocent poster (and those similar to OP) to seek mental help for their interest in collecting achievements. See for yourself: https://steamcommunity.com/app/272990/discussions/0/522729359018216588/ It is now 2022 and I casually idled this game for 5 minutes just so I can rehash my opinion that this game is trash just like the dev's attitude toward people. I don't even know why I have this high school project in my steam library. I sure as hell didn't pay full price for this "game". Thanks bundle sites!
Far too much flashing lights and colors and could be very dangerous to those with Epilepsy. Music is horrible, constant pressing of the spacebar and...did I mention flashling flights?
Oh man. You press space bar to fill a gauge and try to get as close as you can to filling it without actually filling it. Sometimes you get to do 2 gauges at once. Soundtrack works for the game, although I was far more focused on the gauge. Gets boring rather quickly. The difficulty remains constant (despite the varying length of the gauge), and the background bombards you with irritating effects. I could see it with very minor success on mobile, free with ads. Definitely not worth money.
The most primitive game idea (I'd call it a clicker/runner game where you have nowhere to click or run), but implemented with utter ingenious mastery, making it a test for one's neuronal physioligy strength, a piece of psychedelic media art & an enlightment simulator. The coolest parts are those randomly changing visualization patterns & gauge dynamic fluctuations - they seriously challenge player's consciousness & self-control - to keep score flowing you'd want to get the gauge in risky positions where death is just a split-second away & everything depends on reaction times. You may try a more relaxed approach, but how long do you think you'd endure pushing gently & constantly on your Spacebar? 10 minutes? 20? You may be surprised to feel your wrist totally numb very soon! That's when the stuff becomes spectacular - a man with exhausted hands swearing & laughing at a screen shaking with colors, switching scale, centering & design in constant attempts to overcome human willpower, judgement ability & the obsession for highscore. Man and machine provoking each other in a mad dance of jumping rhythms & twirling illusions! The action gets desperate! You can only push Spacebar, but periodically you get opportunities to add a secondary gauge pushing Ctrl for massive score multiplication, the rhythms for the two change independently, you feel these changes through reaction times of the corresponding gauges - occasionately the space for their vibration gets limited & the sensivity rises or falls, the game performs pseudo-physics simulation - gauges tend to change their mass, while buttons variate in pushing power. The further you go the harder it all comes on you. Afterall, it's a mockery software, sarcastically funny both to play & to watch!
