𝄞Gaia's Melody: ECHOED MELODIES

Absolutely love the characters, the combat is engaging and fun. The assets created for the maps are wonderfully done. I love the use of plugins, nothing feels gratuitous. [spoiler]Be warned, this will hit you right in the feels.[/spoiler] I've been enjoying the story thoroughly so far. Sadly, there are some issues with this game. Mostly trivial ones: isha's sprite seems to be slightly off position on the sprite sheet, and one of the enemies in the desert area has the same problem. the odd typo here and there. The only big problem is the random crashes to desktop, could be a me problem though. will research.

I struggle to get into most RPGs in general, but this one drew me in with the fun characters!

When it first released back in 2017 the game suffered from terrible lag and crashing, and in some cases extremee load times due to the faulty nw.js files provided by RPG Maker MV. However, with the current 1.3.2 update that's all gone. The game runs crash free and smooth as butter with very few load screens at all so far, I've only seen one of them. In addition, steam achievements have been added, although they only appear outside of the game in the steam app. The story is great, lovable characters, beautiful parallax mapping and custom graphics. The soundtrack is comprised of many royalty free songs which do add a very nice atmosphere to the game. I highly recommend this game if you are looking for an RPG that gives you the feels. It's truly a great experience to play though.

its so much fun i love the graphics and the characters grew on me so much i was so attached to them and the ending was so sad!

Honestly: I LOVE IT! But I am crashing after battles and loading. Whatever.

This feels like the kind of game a lot of people would call "cringe", and while I could definitely see why some would argue things like the art and story are bad, I personally found it adorable and I really enjoyed playing it with me and some friends in a voice call. It's a nice cozy little game with a lot of heart put into it, and I can highly respect it for that. I definitely don't think it'll be for everyone, but if you're looking for a fun little game to pass the time I'd say go for it! Plus it was one of the first games I was able to sit down and play for a lengthy period of time in months I think, so that's a pretty big feat I think.
