Funguys Swarm is a cartoony survivor bullet hell where the forest is on fire. Become a Funguy, arm yourself with forest-crafted weapons, and unleash some bonkers powers on the Fireking’s army. And maybe... just maybe, save the day if you’re skilled (or lucky) enough.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.86/day in the week to Aug 25 → 17.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Funguys Swarm is a survivor-style roguelite where you play as forest weirdos fighting the Fire King’s flaming minions. Level up, unlock new heroes, pets, skills—even mechas—and rescue creatures to grow your Forest Sanctuary for permanent upgrades. Perfect for both newcomers and seasoned survivors!

Choose from a cast of silly funguys, each with their quirky charm and unique abilities. Whether you like getting up close and personal or prefer to keep things tactical from afar, there’s a funguy for every playstyle.

Face off against never-ending waves of flaming minions, mutated veggies, and things that probably shouldn’t be on fire. The longer you last, the weirder—and wilder—it gets.

Grab upgrades mid-run and stack chaotic, over-the-top powers that turn your goofy forest friend into a full-blown nature-powered menace.

A weapon to surpass the m.... menace of the fire king! Powered by the forest and questionable engineering. It probably shouldn’t work, but it does.

Every now and then, the swarm throws a tantrum and sends in a giant boss. They're huge, unpredictable, and almost always on fire. Oh yeah, did I mention that there's even a bigger baddie at the end of each arena?

Fret not, you have the forest backing you up in the Sanctuary, a place where you can upgrade your powers to be more ridiculous than it is right now... for the right price of course!

Juegardo survivorlike, tiene una personalidad muy chula y todos los personajes se sienten únicos. Acabo de pasarme el juego y ahora tocará sacarse todos los logros, muy recomendado!
If you like games like Yet Another Zombie Survivors, you'll like this one. Basically the same game but if Plants vs Zombies art style replaced the zombies and humans.

Quite interesting gameplay and creative idea. But game need improvement about getting stuck mid game or at the end of the run. i Played 14 hours and getting stuck like 4-5 times, resulting all my progress in that run gone. Every run like 15-20 mins and it feels devastated when your progress gone in an instant. The stuck not like screen freeze or crash, but the game just stuck there. All the UI responding and can be clicked but the run is stuck. Also cannot go back to home village, waiting for 2-3 mins and also no response.
Game is fun. However. Since it's 1.0 launch I've noticed a lot of UI bugs, both back at the home base and in game. Back at home base when interacting with some of the vendors, namely the pet vendor where you choose your companion and a couple of others you are unable to use your mouse to navigate and scroll down, or even click on things, you can only use Q and E to scroll sideways. In game some skills when you level up you cannot pick outright due to mousing over them and the option to pick them doesn't pop up, and with the ones that you can "pick" you have to position your mouse in a very specific, random spot on the skill card before it allows you to choose the skill. I just tried to exit the game because it was too buggy in that regard to be enjoyable (I couldn't pick the skills i wanted for my level ups) so I tried to quit out and i couldn't even do that due to the UI not working. As is said, game is fun. but because of these issues im giving it a thumbs down until it has been addressed.
The game is fun and entertaining. There are definetly some QoL problems such as restarting a match and skipping the achievement/challenge animations at the end of a run which can take up to a minute. It needs better weapon and skill balancing but there are several different good builds including the one you basically start with. Much like most bullet hell/heaven arcade games there will always be surefire tactics to kind of break the game and overcome the highest difficulty much easier, but it's not impossible to beat it with suboptimal preference setups. Some of the abilities are absolutely broken and some of the characters posess much greater strength then others. It is possible to 100% the game playing whichever way you want once you get enough upgrades in between your runs. The fire curse and dousing mechanic feel counterintuitive at some moments unless you want to force yourself to have less QoL and make it artificially harder to complete a run. Some of the curses are very solid and add a extra layer of intricacy to the game giving a solid difficulty adjustment however the blocking/losing of upgrades feel very poor due to the 5% trigger of the blocking happening many times in a row making it feel like a 33% chance and the losing of upgrades happens almost 90% of the time rather then the stated 10%. The final boss fight can feel very unfair unless you have a very strong setup that can tank a lot of hits because you will take damage regardless. (I managed to first try every fight besides the dragonfruit boss). TL;DR Some QoL issues, a META that makes it much easier and to some much more fun to only play the META rather then experimenting with sub-optimal and/or counterintuitive skills. Game is good fun for a minimum of 6-12 hours depending on your level of completion. You can "beat" the game in 5-6 hours, you can fully beat it in 12-15 hours. It's at a very good price point for the entertainment it offers and has decent replayability throughout. 7/10
I'm a Funguy having a fun time
辛辛苦苦打半天闪退了资源全没了是什么意思!
I really like the game, but at least one bug is game breaking so I would not recommend in the current state. I have gotten stuck in the upgrade screen specifically in Eggloseum map three of the four times I have tried the map. It was apparently a problem in early access if a Fire skill upgrade was cancelled, and has been around for over a year. Instead all three of mine have been from normal upgrades from Shrines. There is no way to select and upgrade, banish, freeze one or even Escape/Quit to leave the game back to main menu. I just have to kill the app in task manager and restart. It's a pain when it happens 20 minutes into a run.
