this game was so cool when I was 12, this game is still so cool when I'm 42
The best point and click. Period.
Whenever I smell asphalt, I think of Maureen. That's the last sensation I had, before I blacked out: the thick smell of asphalt. And the first thing I saw when I woke up was her face. She said she'd fix my bike. Free. No strings attached. I should have known then that things are never that simple. Yeah, when I think of Maureen I think of two things: asphalt... and trouble.
Full Throttle Remastered is short, stylish, and cooler than most games twice its size. The story follows Ben Throttle, leader of the Polecats, as he gets dragged into a conspiracy involving murder, motorcycles, and one extremely bad day on the road. The plot moves quickly, the dialogue is sharp, and Ben remains one of the most memorable protagonists from the classic point-and-click era. The biker atmosphere is fantastic. The hand-drawn visuals, excellent voice acting, cinematic presentation, and hard-rock soundtrack give the game a personality that still holds up decades later. Being able to switch instantly between the original and remastered graphics is also a great way to appreciate how much care went into the restoration. Some puzzles rely on old-school adventure-game logic, and the action sequences have not aged as gracefully as the story. It is also surprisingly short, so do not expect a massive adventure. Come for the motorcycles, stay for the writing, and leave wondering why nobody has made another game quite like it.
Possibly the greatest point-n-click adventure ever. Visuals, audio, gameplay, colors, design... the best LucasArts experience. Immensely rad being able to swap between old school and updated graphics on the fly. Plus it only takes one hand to play, so you can hold a Tall Boy while you ride. Live long Ben, Mo, and Malcolm. Full Throttle.
Bought it at 2.99 euro. Perfect for a trip down memory lane.
Unlike day of the tentacle, this is not a fun game. Story and vibe is alright, but the puzzles and fight mechanics were so freaking annoying and suck really bad.
So cool :)

I Would like to say Thank You to all the people that brought this game to the modern platform(s) The Remaster was very good , Game runs well....... I just didn't like it from a gameplay perspective, The whole game could be finished in less than hour IF, like me you didn't spend HOURS looking for a different shade of gray box with a mission item in it. The story was good albeit short, It had charm. Anyway if you play this with a guide (And get it on sale) when you get stuck it's not so bad however I can't recommend it as i like to figure out a game on my own and some puzzle solutions are downright silly and counter intuitive
