Four Color Jump

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed so far. I get that it's still a work in progress but here's my experience. I bought the game last night. I played through, collected a lot of coins, maybe enough for about 6 characters. I click on the characters, and I see still images of the scenes. I try looking for a way to advance in the scene, but nothing. In the provided screenshots, there are white arrows on the bottom left. Not in the game. Also, in the latter 3 that I unlocked, I click on the scenes and I see a totally different girl (the very third to be exact). I'm not sure if this is a me thing, but please fix it. This game has potential.

I 100% the game, after the second picture unlock they all got stuck on the third picture, and they were just still images not animated like in the preview that steam shows. Game-play is alright, a bit glitchy, but alright.

This game is simple. I believe we were all drawn to it by the CG. I hope this game will pass Early Access period soon.

[h1]Gameplay[/h1] You guide your token up the board jumping off of different platforms. There are white platforms that only keep you from falling and then blue, green, or violet platforms that will jump you a bonus distance, collecting all coins on the way if the color of your token matches that of the platform. You can change the color of your token by landing on a different colored platform, landing on a white platform keeps your token the same color. As you go up the board the platforms become smaller and slightly less in number. Some of the background combinations make it difficult to distinguish the differences between the colors of the platforms. Blue and violet being the two that are difficult to tell the difference. Though someone with blue / green color blindness may have more issues playing this game. You use the coins you collect to purchase the girls and additional backgrounds. Without the free DLC you will get a still clothed image of the girl. With the DLC you get a four panel lightly animated girl, fully clothed, partial clothed, action scene, and finale. [h1]The Gallery[/h1] There are 12 girls to unlock, at a cost of 100 coins each. After you unlock the girl you can see the four different lightly animated images of her, if you have the free DLC installed. Otherwise you get one clothed image of the girl. [h1]Final Verdict[/h1] I recommend this game. This game is a fine way to burn an hour or so of time. The art provided is average and nothing stands out.
