Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Honestly? for $21 bucks on sale this is genuinely really fun. The stories not great and the dialogue is subpar. But the combat is really fun 7/10 eye candy that really wants to help you feel like this all powerful agile sorcerer. The start is slow so get some friends and riff on it and before you know it 6 hours are gonna pass and you'll have had a great time.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'm going to recommend Forspoken, but at a large discount and only after you play the demo. To see if the game clicks and if it runs well. My scattered thoughts on it: -Gameplay: Game is best played on controller imo. Forspoken's gameplay is primarily combat, parkour, and openworld shenanigans. The combat is a little mind numbing but provided you can get into how the spells work and what they do the fun comes out in being able to absolutely wreck through hordes of enemies very quickly by blasting them with a ton of spell combos. The parkour is pretty good and with more movement abilities unlocked it can flow very well and allow for pretty speedy traversal across the map. It does suffer though from some very odd limits that feel like they were put in there because they needed to limit it in some sort of way and often times that could really break the flow of things. Progression is a funky thing. On normal I found myself nearly instantly op compared to most enemies because the resource and way of unlocking and upgrading spells is so easy to find and do that right from the first Tanta no enemies except for those who had immunity to my spells could stand against me. For some this lack of challenge will either drive for higher difficulty settings or be unrewarding. I like feeling op so for me it was no hassle though sometimes quite funny. -Graphics and Tech: Forspoken looks pretty good. Apart from some technical issues like textures not popping in and the absolute horrific AMDFidelityFX AO (CACAO/Caca) the game looks pretty nice. Very strong stylization with each area of Athia having very distinct and slightly monochromatic color palettes. Large draw distances with low visible level of detail changes. Loading is also incredibly fast on a SSD. It does unfortunately not run very easy. On a 3090 at 4k I could crank everything to the highest (with no raytracing) but still had to have dlss on performance mode. On a laptop with a 4070 at 1440p I had to turn everything down especially texture memory settings and have dlss on performance as well to get good fps. Never had a crash or a game breaking bug. -Audio: Audio is fine, high quality on both voice acting and and ambient world sounds. It’s a very grounded sound palette with sounds for the magic spells being mostly the physical property of the spell. The electric ult spell sound stands out particularly. You can turn down the amount of conversations and quips between cuff and Frey, which is nice. I had it between minimal at first and then went to low because on low its pretty tolerable. -Story: Forspoken’s story is short. Quite surprisingly so, and if you are quite strong it feels even shorter. Its also not really that bad. Yes the “with my freaking mind” line is magical to experience and super cringe but apart from that the rest of the story is played super straight. It really suffers from in my opinion because Frey is a reluctant hero who is so reluctant during most of the story that it’s a real turn-off and breaks the logic of why she is doing all the things she is doing if she doesn’t want to. It’s a real case of you see what they were going for, the execution just leaves a lot to be desired. Conclusion: Forespoken is a game that really suffers from the “its not that bad but its also not that great” problem. It happened to really click for me when I tried the demo and thus I liked the overall experience I had. At least for a AAA game its relatively short even if you do all the open world stuff and the DLC at around 60 to 70 hours.
Played 4 hours so far tho not a perfect game by any means it switches the usual sword combat in these types of games to be a spell slinger and its actually quite fun every skill so far i have obtained has a situational use and the exploration is decent I wouldn't pay full price for it but for £20 its not bad at all for a one time play through
Avoided this game like the plague due to reviews being so abysmal. I bought it on sale and found the magic parkour system to be really good. Specifically. The developers do a great job keeping the battling system fresh and collecting stuff relevant. The banter gets repetitive, but can be turned way down in settings. That said, It still isn't worth full price, and shockingly takes a hefty gpu to run full tilt. It uses all 16 GB of VRam available, and gets about 90 - 100 fps. That is stable even when surfing over the lakes at high speed.
Forespoken is one of the best magic games out there, it lets you fight and move freely. The magic combat feels fast, incredible, and creative, with different spell types (i guess 100 spells) that encourage switching styles instead of spamming one attack. The parkour-style movement is genuinely fun and makes exploring the world feel smooth and dynamic That said, the open world can feel a bit empty at times, especially in the first zone or the first part of the game where you only have one magic style open, but as soon as you open the second magic the world feels a lot better and more fun to explore, i dont know about the story since i skipped through it all and i made the voice japanese so the dialogue was waaaay less cringy. Overall its a really fun experience and it worth giving it a try
I really don't understand all the negative reviews. It's a good game
