Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Its a hard play due to all the pointless side activities that makes up 80% of the game. However I would recommend this game for the story and fantastic combat alone. The DLC is worth it also.... Get them both on sale, thank me later. fyi she is a crazy cat lady.
very good game they need a part 2

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

With all the hate surrounding the game, I knew I had to try it and I can understand why it gets the hate. I decide to beat the game and get all achievements before rendering a verdict on the game. It took me about 60 hours to do everything. That is not including the DLC, I will be playing that next. Really though, it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Is the dialog cringe, yes it absolutely can be, is Frey irritating, check, convos between Frey and Cuff horrible banter, yes...but here's the thing. You can absolutely skip most of the dialog in cutscenes. If you can ignore/dampen out the conversations you can have a fun time. The combat(well after you get your second spell) is fun and the parkour system...the parkour system is amazing. I can just run around the map all day and it's fun. It's a very known formula for a game, run around level up, grind, etc. You should only buy this game on sale, it's not worth full price, it's a fun turn off your brain game
I'm going to get this out of the way. This game is considered "woke" but in reality it is rather tone deaf as the African American protagonist is hits many of the Black stereotypes . In fact, this game appears to be a redemption arc of her trying to escape her stereotype, and potentially use this world as a get out of jail free card. The story is mildly entertainment, marred by the stereotyping, but improves a bit once you're leave earth. This game is not worth $70, but maybe worth $50, but, if you're willing to wait, you'll have no trouble getting it for $20, which I did. The only real issue I have, is reading the text, which is tiny, and kinda dark on a dark backgound.
This is why I still game. Epics like this. The story starts you off with a character more relatable than most thrust into a magical and alien-ish world on top of acquiring a strange companion with magical powers to boot. The voice acting and writing are actually quite witty. There's quite a well thought out world to explore here. The combat is hard'n fast, with the addition of magic skills/abilities adding for some nice diversity in your combat style. Been curious about this one for awhile seeing the negative reviews to what looks like an amazing game had me rather confused. The usual mo anytime a game features a a female lead and isn't white. The game is damn good. Bravo.
This game was fun. The combat is literally one of the best I have ever seen. I actually went on to platinum this game. A bit of advice to anyone who plans on getting this game, do the Spellcraft challenges, as early as possible so you learn the deeper combat mechanics. I was so distraught to have learnt all these cool combat moves end game. I was blown away by Frey's techniques, I just learned them a bit too late. But great game overall specifically the combat and traversing this very vast open world. Exploration was fun.
An honestly good game that was a victim of terrible marketing, horrible writing, and a tropey, unlikable main character. No beating around the bush here, a lot of the criticism this game received was well warranted, it has a frankly awful start to it's story with tired, Marvel writing that does it's main character no favors, the plot is not that engaging and Frey is a poorly written protagonist, I never found myself actually caring about her throughout the entire story. The soundtrack is also forgettable and bland, not a single track from the OST stuck out in my mind. That being said, the foundations for this game's gameplay are actually really solid and, if done better, could've been some of the most fun I'll have had in a game in a while. Unfortunately, that too is marred by the fact that the game feels at odds with itself sometimes on how it wants to be played. The parkour system for example is a really fun way of navigating the world, zipping around everywhere is genuinely enjoyable if not for the fact that all of Frey's momentum seems to come to a grinding halt whenever you're scaling any kind vertical surface or whenever you find yourself in the air. Simply put, the movement is fun so long as you stay on the ground but as soon as jumping or climbing enter the picture, the entire movement system of this game falls apart. Or take the combat system, which encourages and rewards you for being on the move and dodging around by scoring your performance throughout the battle, yet has many attacks and abilities requiring you to stay still and aim precisely at your target in order to land your hits effectively. This coupled with the fact that Frey herself feels difficult to control at times, with you never being sure what exact animation she will do next when you press for her to move and dodge, and you get a combat system that doesn't ever quite come together in a satisfying way. Despite the fact that the game doesn't do anything that it wants to do particularly well, it had a solid foundation that it could've built upon for a - now never going to happen - sequel. I still found it to be a worthwhile experience and I would recommend it if only for people to make their own judgments about it. Is it an amazing game? No it is not. But is it really one of the worst games of all time like most people would've had you believe when it released? No it most definitely isn't. It's an overall good game I would say that could've been something special but ultimately wasn't able to hit the mark.
Pick it up on a big sale and it could be a pretty good deal. The game play is fun, performance can be janky, story is absolutely terrible and every single character talking makes me wanna rip my ears out.
Too many cutscenes, it's impossible to play for 2 minutes without one...I believe the story is good, but come on, this isn't a visual novel..
