For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

TLDR: Adequate continuation to the first game. POV: Did not buy this, got it from a trade. Played the game on the hardest difficulty, beat the story campaign once. + Likes | ~ Mixed | - Dislikes + Guns & sound - You got two versions of the weapons the very Call of Duty kind of basics and the Call of Cthulhu versions of them, very nicely animated and felt good to shoot with most of the guns. Music and gun sounds felt perfect fit for the setting and for the guns. + Difficulty: I can only speak on the Expert difficulty since its the only one I played the game on and summarized it felt like a good challenge, from what I have heard people feeling like the game is too short etc. complaints, I think upping the difficulty could solve that somewhat. Biggest challenges was mostly at some points in the levels when you are fighting waves of enemies which there are quite a few I found myself back in the last save especially when the arena for the fight was a bit smaller. You do sometimes really need to think about when to take the extra ammo, so that all the ammo gets used evenly during the level or use melee which felt viable only against some of the enemies. + Laser jump boss fight: Did not have on my bingo card for this game to be having to fight a boss that had a mechanic that felt like one of those mobile app commercials for games that everyone has seen of a game that does not even exist? Did get a giggle out of me at first and then a sweat because it was quite challenging. ~ The rest of the boss fights: Nothing really stood up for me after the laser jump fight, they offered enough challenge but were mostly bullet sponges. ~ The story: I mean who plays boomer shooters for the story, but because there is something of a story happening in the background with letters, voice acting and the occasional cutscenes I guess it needs to be mentioned that its nothing to write home about. - Horde mode: I mean the first game had one, not that I played it in any real amount of hours, but did not really understand why it was not implemented in this one as well. Right now the only content here is the campaign and New Game+ mode. - Levels: I don't know if its nostalgia or what but I feel like the first game had bunch of levels that I still remember fondly, in this one I think the only one was the trenches that I will be remembering. + Secrets: Did not feel like super hard to find, just keep your eyes peeled and be investigative and you will find most of them.
Forgive Me Father 2 is genuinely one of my favorite boomer shooters, it is basically a direct upgrade from the Original in everyway and everything like the art style and gunplay has been more refined. I would recommend the game.

PONTOS NEGATIVOS

better than the first one
