Flying Baron 1916

It hd potential but the controls are awful -- very bad - makes the game unplayable or enjoyable. remapping the control keys for the pc controller is usless to try. The mouse and key board work some but hard to conrol the plane. Graphics are not that bad sound is good. If you could use a controller or joy stick it could be fun.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME ~ Horrible Graphics and UI, couldn't even get the guns to fire. Steam needs a lemon Law!

i played games with better grafix in the 80,s not only crappy to look at it plays like a 3rd grader made it shame on you for takeing my hard earned money steam...realy people this could lead to no more purchase from you

Судя-по-всему, когда-то это было так себе самолётной аркадой. А сейчас эта игра ещё и плохо сохранилась - куча нелепых условностей, топорное управление, странные тормоза на ровном месте.

Though it is old, it could have been much better. I've once played Red Baron (the old original) on a PC, and I had more fun, than with this. Each plane turns sooo darn slugish - which in an areal-combat situation is not, what you want. In other games the Fokker Dr. 1 is one of the fastest and most maneauverable planes but in this I tought I was flying a tank. Perspectives are bad too: 3rd person-view has the plane far too near the camera, so the thing obstructs the view - though they have given you a rather big radical to target enemies. But targeting enemies, you rather have to target over the radical, cause your shots will hit planes only by a certain angle, which is over the radical. Bombing seems to be a gamble too - I didn't bother with it that much.

I dont have a lot of hours playing, but is very realistic graphic and fills like first w. war movie, not I seen this before. It fills with esence.
