Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Sep 15 → 7/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've never had a worse migraine in my entire life. too buggy, too much bs
The most underbaked official FNAF game I think I've ever played man.. I waited an extra year to experience it in VR, and was sorely disappointed. The game is a mess, mechanically, it is not significantly more interesting or fun than some B-tier Gmod "scary" maps. You walk places, put X item at Y, open new area, place A item at B, and run away from the most straightforwardly written and predictable AI that has severe pathing issues. And none of this is even touching the performance issues for what is a relatively low-poly game. It is hitting some kind of poorly optimized bottleneck that hitches even the most modern systems. A real step down from Security Breach, not that it set an insanely high bar either but..

Secret of the Mimic is a flawed but really good entry into the FNAF series, it fixes most issues that Security Breach had by scaling down the world immensely, while still keep it as open as it really needs to be. It has probably the best contained story in a FNAF game, as you can just play this start to finish and experience the whole story of Edwin Murray and the Mimic and all of that, a breath of fresh air for this series. The gameplay is fairly strong, though you mostly only face the Mimic throughout the game, they're a decent foe to stealth around, and the two (?) non-Mimic threats are great at spicing up the formula. The chases are all pretty decent, none were too frustrating and I always realize what I did wrong and correct it by the next attempt, stopping most of them from overstaying their welcome. The hand mechanic is really unique and helps with the immersion a ton I would say, though it isn't perfect and at times can feel awkward, I think overall it is a positive for the game. Some segments were definitely better than others, and I wouldn't say this is my favorite FNAF game, but it is a huge step in the right direction and leaves me actually excited for what Steel Wool will do next. 7/10
Please fix the VR Port I beg you. This could be the best FNAF game of all time, if the PCVR Port didn't constantly crash my PC every 10 minutes. I use a PSVR 2 headset btw. Edit: My savefile suddenly got corrupted. Please fix your buggy mess. At least Delarune is Tomorrow.
my review, it doesn't matter
