About
Venture into a handcrafted world where ruins whisper of past cataclysms. Master the art of sword and sorcery and forge your path with relics, spells and choices that shape who you become in this first-person RPG.
While Fatekeeper follows a focused narrative path, the world invites exploration. From ancient battlegrounds, vast underground caverns and serene forests to crumbling sanctuaries forgotten by time, each area rewards curiosity with hidden lore, forgotten relics, and unexpected encounters.
Battle a wide variety of foes, each with distinct patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. Success demands both skill and preparation. Engage in reactive melee combat, unleash spells with precision, and adapt your tactics on the fly. Your build matters—but so does how you wield it.
Fatekeeper offers rich progression mechanics that go far beyond surface-level stats. Build and refine your character with meaningful choices across combat styles, attributes, and spell schools. Whether you lean into raw strength, nimble precision, or devastating sorcery, the game supports a wide range of viable and unique builds.
Discover, loot, and master a wide variety of weapons, armor, and artifacts. Customize your loadout to suit your playstyle, and experiment with powerful combinations to overcome increasingly challenging enemies. Every item matters—and the right gear can be the difference between victory and ruin.

Beautiful slideshow. Completely unplayable.I really wanted to love this game. Visuals-wise, it looks stunning. The art style and atmosphere are incredible, but looks don’t mean anything when the game runs like a PowerPoint presentation. I cannot get a stable 60 FPS on my setup no matter how much I tweak the settings. The optimization is completely broken. To make matters worse, the game is brutally difficult—bordering on completely impossible to play. I enjoy a challenge, but this is just artificial difficulty at its finest. You need frame-perfect reaction times to survive, which is literally impossible when the frame rate is constantly chugging and dropping. It is 2026. It is not that difficult to add a difficulty setting for players who want to actually experience the story and world you built instead of staring at a "Game Over" screen every two minutes. Leaving out basic accessibility options like a difficulty slider.

It is a beautiful game but being able to beat it in 3.4 hours and there's no replayability is a turn off for me.
The game was fun so far. Got almost 3 hours of play out of it! Graphics were great, combat felt just a little unresponsive but it wasn't too bad. I think a small opaque bar indicating using a power attack might help the timing a bit but its not a huge deal. The hit boxes were WILD i could not for the life of me figure them out, sometimes i had to be right next to an enemy to boot them other times i could seemingly be about 5 feet away and kick them no problem. The health regen is weird, normally you don't regen health outside of combat but sometimes i did when defeating enemies i think? I had a weapon with 10% life steal that seemed to do nothing but then my health would regen DURING combat while using a weapon without it, strange. Drinking potions (might be my biggest gripe) being vital in combat, you cant dodge or move faster while taking them so you have to run far away and hope you get it down before the enemy catches up, which they will. I'm not sure if that interrupts the potion taking process or not. I didn't notice any visible sign that the physical damage resistance was buffed or my movement speed buffed by potions, but i may have not been looking hard enough during combat. Also when taking a potion from the quick spot it does not cycle to the rest of them so you have to hold down the button for the quick wheel and select the next potion even though you've already added it to the "quick use section", maybe in the final version it will cycle through them (hopefully). There is a setting to auto add potions to the quick belt, that only works for looted potions not crafted ones, so when you craft potions you will have to manually add them, but if you pick up a potion of extra stat point or something its automatically added to the belt and might accidentally waste time in combat using them. I crafted some poison vials and used them on my weapon but i didn't really notice them doing anything either, maybe adding a way to see personal buffs like icons in the corner or making the enemy have a little glow if they've been debuffed would help that. The Skill tree had some issues, when adding points there's an option to remove them to place elsewhere before saving them, i was only once allowed to take a skill point back before saving. After that one time i tried every time to place a point in then immediately remove it and it would not let me. i was trying to reach the .5 health regen per second (didn't quite get there), but i also went with the increased attack speed which seemed entirely necessary. Some people thought the magic was sort of useless, personally i thought it was fine, you can yank smaller enemies towards you with telekinesis which basically makes them fly then swat them out of the air or boot them off a cliff, the wind spell was a bit slow so timing it right was a little difficult, fire spell was fun to set the ground of fire if there was the opportunity to do so, i think the most useful besides telekinesis was the ice bolt which visibly slowed enemies down so it was fun to group them up in front of a spike wall slow them, then wind blast/kick them onto the spikes (spent a few lives to try and set that up for fun)! All in all i think this is a good game so far, with a little polish i think it could be a great game!
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic? I really hope so! 0.12 ver is playable
Great graphic and atmosphere. Big skill tree, nice idea about your own alchemy options for potions and weapon poison. Looking forward to play more, waiting for content. This early acess 4 hours .
