Far Horizon

Barely even qualify as a game. Gunplay is orrible, bullets have zero impacts. Dogs drop lazer rifles, AI is the worse i've seen in a while. It feels like a quick asset flip for a premium price.

It's like RPG comfort food. Level up, loot, craft, quest... sort of a chill RPG where you get in a groove and just explore and find new stuff to do. That said, I set the difficulty to easy... but it's how I like to play.

🌟 A Cozy Space Adventure Like No Other! 🌟 Far Horizons is exactly what I was hoping for in a space exploration game. It strikes the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation while also having fun and cool weapons and armor upgrades. The vibe is on point right from the start the visuals and music are fantastic and add to the ambiance. The ship upgrade systems are fun and engaging and world creation is unique since no two worlds you join are the same. For a new developer this is an impressive and enjoyable space exploration adventure.

Personally I really like this game, You must visit planets to get resources and weapons, scrap some items to get research points and build your ship up. The Story line is enjoyable. The video explain most of the game. I started playing the game and I can't put it down. Enjoy and join discord for question and help.

Solid exploration survival game. I like the environments on offer here. A lot of colors on display. I spent most of the time tryin to find iron ore. Got to experience some combat as well. I'm mixed on the fact that if ya alert one enemy the whole base is comin for ya. I did clear out an entire base tho. Eventually got a drop ship goin and powered up our main. Not too bad. With Just over 7 hours of Gameplay I will post a positive review. From my impressions Far Horizons is a space based RPG with character development, research, crafting, and FPS elements. The action takes place on your spacecraft and on planet "islands". The islands are unique biomes with increasing FPS challenges. The storyline is linear with some freedom in how the character follows the main questline. The game runs error free and looks good.

In my opinion, this game is in no way worth $30.00. I expected a more polished experience for that price. I found this game instead to be just another low budget poorly optimized rough third person indie game. The main issue I had is just how poorly optimized it actually is. This game was basically unplayable for me because I was seriously averaging around 35 fps in 4k resolution with an RTX4080, even when changing the main graphic setting to low. There are only a few graphic options such as an overall quality of low to ultra, an anti-aliasing method, chromatic aberration, and vsync. There are no settings for a resolution slider or DLSS. The developer also did not use Unity or Unreal. They instead used the practically unheard of Amazon Lumberyard engine that is not even available any more. The graphics in this game are also very outdated. As far as gameplay goes, I encountered lots of invisible walls in the intro jungle section, which is always a sign of a cheaply made game to me. There is also a ton of resource gathering and crafting that many people might find boring. Shooting guns also feels weak and it looks like you will mostly be shooting robots and animals and then back to collecting resources. You also can only save the game while inside the spaceship. Overall, I did not enjoy my time spent with this game and I therefore cannot recommend it. I can however recommend a similar game on Steam that is far superior to this game called Warframe. Warframe is free too.

Made by two DEVS this game has a lot of potential if you like SCI-FI ,deep crafting, management, exploring, discovery, puzzles, customization , rpg and action then this game is for you. its not an open world but semi if you go down to the islands. i have not encountered any bugs yet and runs smooth for me game looks nice and vibrant. I can see a lot of effort and planning went into this you can see DEVS passion. I like Space games myself(I Have played many games of all genres and definitely Recommend. support these DEVS try for yourself. game is fun. I always believe look past negative reviews and try myself. if you don't like it just refund. but at least give it a try first its not bad at all. really want to see where this adventure will take me. from starting off and when you load into the game the drop pod animation looks awful like the drop pod does not look like it is landing at all more like its been moved and dropped by a crane when you crash land onto the floating island you have to look for iron which by itself is not to hard just gets tedious the walking and running animation are alright and the combat is meh to alright the looting is okish not very fun and can get repetitive the enemy's (basically robots at least at the floating island that you crashed landed on) are ok to alright the looking for resources or "mining" at least at the start is just bad like there is no mining to do there you just collect iron ore around the vain the guns are alright the fun to shoot and use at the start the bugs are not to bad from my experience but i did notice a bug when i was trying to dig up a plant the shovel was stuck to the model of my character the performance was ok not to laggy but sometimes a split second freeze altogether i would definitely not recommend it based on the ludicrous price tag really 28,99 euro??? i mean like 20 euro or less would be worth the price of the game like at that point just buy elite dangerous emperion galatic survival or even like space engineers those games are cheaper and are well worth the price and would recommend to wait prob a few months or so to see if theres going to be big improvements from what i can see the game has good potential but the state of the game right now feels like something someone could make easily in unity the game is not garbage its ok just the price is def way to high
