Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 7.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

fun
Fallout 3 is my favorite RPG of all time. The main story is good. It does its job, and has some memorable moments. But it's also linear compared to what the rest of the game offers. What elevates fallout 3 are the DLCs. Point Lookout is pure atmospheric perfection, blending Fallout's post-apocalyptic world with creepy backwoods horror (my fav). The Pitt presents one of the most morally complex choices in the entire series . Broken Steel lets the story continue when it feels like it shouldn't end. Operation: Anchorage is a fun change of pace, and Mothership Zeta is exactly the kind of bizarre Fallout nonsense that somehow works. People often debate whether Fallout: New Vegas is the better RPG, and I understand why. But when I think about which Fallout game gave me the most unforgettable adventures, discoveries, and DLC experiences, it's always Fallout 3.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Fallout 3 is a game (great on Steam Deck)
i knew how glenn felt after a super mutant charged me with a 2x4
I can't say much more than what has already been said. I love the look and feel of the game, gritty. The way you can repair a weapon with parts from another of the same type is superior to having a weapon that never needs repair as in FO 4.
America will never fall to Communist invasion.
This time, the main character is a vault dweller searching for his father, who has gone to the surface, and discovers why he abandoned the vault. The RPG is more grounded, and the story is great. Since I've played Fallout 4 and New Vegas, I'm familiar with the game mechanics and don't repeat mistakes from previous gameplay. But that's the thing, im become to OP. Many might disagree, but I bit don't enjoy this game. While it's hard to get rich this time because there aren't many shops to sell your loot, the missions ultimately feel repetitive. I bought the Game of the Year Edition, so at the start of the game I was completely confused about which mission to take, as all the DLCs were already activated. But thanks to that, I was already overpowered early on. The world is no less interesting, but what I found lacking was the Washington, D.C., area. While on the outside it looks like a sprawling city, it's actually divided into enclosed areas that can't be accessed normally but require a complicated metro system. ⭐6/10 👍70% Recommended
one of the best fallout games imo. the metro tunnels are abit confusing though.
18 years later this game still proves to be a solid entry for new Fallout fans looking to start with a 3D entry into the series.
one of the best fallout game not the best but definitely top 3 i loveeeeeeee this game.
