Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Awesome! Fast paced, responsive, a blend of genres that works well. Platforming reminds me of the PS2 era. The elemental transformations not only affect platforming and puzzles, but also combat and environmental interaction. These forms come with unique feels, strengths and weaknesses. Very unique! Voice acting, graphics and sound are also sick so far. Not being very far into the game, I can't say much, but what I have played has exceeded expectations, I will continue to play it and show my friends! It's nice to see a single player game that innovates and gives a fresh, complete experience for a reasonable price.
Dynamic combat, exploration that pulls you in, and art direction full of personality. The first world lands a real visual punch, can't wait to see what's next. The humor hits too. Go for it!
ENGLISH VERSION BELOW

Note globale : 16/20 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello everyone!
Fading Echo is an action-adventure RPG where you play as One, a young Legend who can switch between human form and a water form. This transformation allows you to manipulate different elements to progress through the areas, solve puzzles, and face the enemies standing in your way. Review made on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/hyrroh
Positive points:
- A very interesting gameplay system based on switching between human and liquid forms. - The ability to manipulate different elements while in water form to gain new abilities, such as jumping higher, gliding, or poisoning enemies. - Exploration sections that encourage you to think through a variety of small puzzles. - Interesting puzzles centered around activating water sources, with three sources to activate in each of the four areas. - Combat can be quite challenging and requires good use of dodging and the different elements. - A story presented in a comic-book style, with enjoyable presentation and some nice touches of humor.
Negative points:
- The story can be difficult to follow and sometimes moves too quickly to really become invested in it. - Being able to push enemies into the void can make some fights far too easy. While the combat system normally encourages you to use different elements to weaken enemies, it can sometimes be much easier to simply push them off a ledge. - A somewhat disappointing ending that unfortunately lacked the impact I was hoping for. - The lack of real boss fights is disappointing, especially considering how well the gameplay could have been used to showcase the different elements and abilities. - A fairly short playtime, with around 8 and a half hours to complete the game without going for 100% completion.
Areas for improvement:
- Add proper boss fights, for example at the end of each area or after certain water sources, to provide more of a challenge and allow players to put the game's different mechanics to the test. - Rebalance the ability to push enemies into the void so that this mechanic cannot be used to bypass combat too easily. - Develop the story further so that players can better understand the events and become more invested in the world and its characters. - Add more content to improve the game's overall length. Conclusion Fading Echo is far from being a bad game and actually offers a particularly interesting gameplay system thanks to the ability to switch between human and water forms. The different transformations and elements allow for varied approaches, while the exploration and puzzle sections add genuine thought to the progression. Unfortunately, the experience is a little too short and the lack of boss fights is really noticeable. It's a shame, because the gameplay could have been perfectly suited to proper encounters that put the game's different mechanics to the test. The story also left me somewhat unsatisfied, especially with an ending that I found disappointing. Despite that, Fading Echo remains an enjoyable and original experience that is well worth discovering. Overall score: 16/20
Usually I'd wait for the PS release... but not this time! The gameplay is really smart and feels fresh, once the mechanics click, it's an absolute blast. I'm a huge CR fan, so the story pulled me in right away. Bob Riegel absolutely nailed it :) The art direction is gorgeous, and combined with the elemental gameplay, exploration is pure joy. I got lost a few times, but I actually loved the Zelda-like feeling of figuring things out on my own. It gave me that old-school vibe from when games expected you to use your brain instead of holding your hand... This is a banger!
Only played a couple hours so far, but this game is truly incredible. The graphics, the colours, the voices. Everything about it absolutely draws you into Corel from the minute you start and it keeps you there each moment after. As someone typically Not That Great with action/adventure games I was a bit nervous going into it knowing there would be combat, but everything feels so intuitive and easy to grasp. Puzzles are challenging and fun, and each level's design is gorgeous. Don't even get me started on the characters/writing/acting. I love each of these little guys with my whole heart and I can't wait to play more.
This game feels like it was designed in the early 2000s in the best possible way. It doesn't hold your hand, doesn't spam quest markers, and expects you to pay attention, explore, and figure things out yourself. That sense of discovery is something I really miss in modern games usually designed for people with attention problems ^^ Combat was fun at first, then started to feel a bit repetitive until I understood most encounters are really environmental puzzles. Once I stopped treating them like normal fights and started using the arena and my abilities more creatively, combat became way more satisfying. Should still nerf the kick that is OP. The music does a fantastic job setting the mood. The writing isn't always consistent, but when it hits, it really hits. There are a few exceptional moments that stuck with me. It's not a game for everyone, but if you miss games that respect your intelligence and let you get lost, I can't recommend Fading Echo enough.
This game is very fun and highly addictive; the puzzles are highly entertaining, exploration is rewarding, and the combat is a blast (especially when kicking enemies into the void or pulling off clever elemental combos). I’m loving it so far. The world looks vibrant, and the art style is incredible. All in all, an excellent, fun game at a great price.
Fading Echo is a stunningly beautiful game! I've have been following FE for a good while now, was a beta tester, and got to know the wonderful development team that brought it to life, and it has been an amazing opportunity, the devs have put in a lot of work to their title! I've played a good chunk of the full game, on top of the demo, and the beta before this and honestly, it still holds true to my original review from the demo: "I REALLY love the art style, from the vibrant and bright colours, to the inhabitants of Corel's information screen (which I must say is a very awesome idea! I love the little quotes about the enemies), it has a unique style to it that really draws you into the game. The combat is different, but a good different! Fast paced, but not overcomplicated." I highly recommend Fading Echo. It's on sale for a very reasonable price. They have wonderful talent for their voice actors, and honestly, you'll love the world! Give it a chance, you won't be disappointed!
So far, extremely good. I really like the mechanics and the story is really compelling and the characters are cool
