Fairly meh for a city builder. There are no challenges in the game.
A cosy fairytale kingdom builder that Shrek would feel right at home in. Flying pigs, a friendly cyclops, broom-riding witches, a cheeky narrator, plus royal romancing. Super cute, really enjoying it. It's a little too simplistic on the management and statistics side though in terms of resource planning.
Game is dope. Super fun for at least 1 go through. But I suggest a second. You need a hamshackle run of mistakes to learn the game. The second run, once you're a professional at placements and resource management is where this game shines.

The game is alright. It is relatively chill, forgiving, and can be boring at times because the main quest is just a big waiting game, but the time sensitive-events keep the game exciting, they're pretty good distraction from the main quest but in a good way. Probably won't play it again ever, but if I played another game of the genre, I would hope it would be as good as this one at the very least.

it is very nice and sweet
The to do list never ends, and for some that may be terrifying but for those of us who need that part of their brain tickled... well this is it. I sat down to play it for the first time and did not move for 3 hours. I do not normally leave reviews but I felt the appreciation of this cozy yet satisfying game deserved one. Bonus points for it's art <3
