It's a decent city builder on top of the fairy tales you remember from childhood. Lots of fun for a bit. As a city builder it's pretty shallow. The end game isn't too bad but its not great. Feels like an early access game. Like they could have done so much more with it if they had more time or money or backing. Worth the $20 price tag though.
Ooooh I love this game! I am not a great review writer but if you like low(ish) difficulty city builders, this is the one for you!

This game feel very incomplete and not balanced at all. Whilst it may seem like a cozy-builder at first, it becomes quite tedious, very quickly. There seem to be no more patches coming ever in the future and it still needs a lot of balancing. If you are looking for a chill cozy builder with a constant dopamine hits, I'd stay away from this one.

This game looks nice, but it is a slow and shallow waiting simulator that I cannot recommend at that price. Fortunately, I got it for free. I pushed myself to play it for that long, but I didn’t see anything that would be fun to continue playing, or anything that would have replay value. The game could be better if it stopped wasting the player’s time with meaningless waiting, offered something genuinely fun to do the more you play, and demonstrated that spending more time in the game is worthwhile. Sadly, it remains very shallow and will bore you sooner rather than later. Sorry...
C'est sympa au début mais je trouve ça devient assez ennuyant et ça m'a pas donné envie d'y rejouer.
It just doesn't click. I want to love this game but I can't even really get started because I hate having everything clogged together because of the extremely limited range of buildings and slow movement of fablings. Considering refunding because this game just isn't clicking.
Интересная игра по началу, пока у тебя меньше 100 жителей, городок маленький и никто не тупит. Плюсы: Интересные ивенты, связанные со сказками, красивые домики, возможность построить большой и красивый замок. Минусы: Не хватает возможности настроить поведение жильцов, нестандартные маршруты, тупые жители не могут понять что у них есть руки и ноги чтобы сходить за хлебом на склад, ждут пока их на блюдечке принесут в дом. Рыболовы умирают потому что застряли на своей работе без еды. Я как увидел что фермер работающий на складе еды идет через полгорода за посевами в другой амбар сразу выключил игру и начал играть в другой градостроительный симулятор, который был открыт в раннем доступе - Whiskerwood. В этой игре даже с учетом того что она находится в раннем доступе - все эти проблемы были решены. В целом игра на 10-20 часов, не стоит своих денег
It is very boring from the get-go.
It gets buried under micromanagement and resource starvation. Like a lot of city builder games you never have enough of just about anything to be successful. It looks kinda cute and has a novel idea but there isn't anything special here. If you could put more people into homes and were able to farm more food more quickly it might be more fun. But I've come back and restarted it a few times over the years and i just cannot force myself to play this. Other than a chance to buy some beats which grows a beanstalk which you cannot do anything with because your hero isn't a high enough level to use it, there is nothing fairy tale about this and the gameplay loop is more challenging than fun. The Universim is a much better city builder type game for a fun experience.
