About
Exogate Initiative is a management/base-building game that’ll take you from a humble rec room to the edge of creation. In the near future, a new technology allows us to travel instantly to anywhere in the universe via portals known as Exogates. An international initiative is created to develop these portals and explore the worlds beyond.
As head of the initiative, you’ll lead mankind into the vast unknown, where we never dreamed to tread.

Plan, excavate and build a sprawling underground research facility.
Dig anywhere on the map & add new rooms and specialised equipment as the initiative grows in scope.
Make a home away from home! You will need to provide for your team's emotional and physical needs.
Defend your base from hostile aliens and study them to unlock new weapons

Recruit, train and manage specialists from all around the universe.
Recruit explorers, known as ‘Gaters’ (humans or aliens), to explore and study the universe. Gaters are fully autonomous and come with a unique background.
Unlock new classes as you play. You’ll need scientists to study flora and fauna, scholars to decipher, soldiers to keep everyone safe and more.
Care for your team as they face the unknown. Ensure they have the right equipment, as well as food, shelter and emotional support.
Team members will develop relationships with each other and will mourn when someone dies.

Assemble a team of experts and send them across the universe through the Exogate.
Resist, defeat and negotiate with other factions thanks to a dedicated 4X gameplay.
Gaters perform missions autonomously but will check in with you for crucial decisions. Interact with our explorers, make life-to-death decisions and discover endless possible outcomes
Make contact with alien life, and write reports about your discovery to secure financing.
Teams will return with samples that can be developed into valuable new technology. Earn money for your investors and help the initiative grow.

Really engaging, reminds me of Evil Genius 2
My new favorite! Absolutely love this game! Highly recommend! So fun and addicting! It's like The Sims meets Civilization meets Stargate. Can't stop playing and replaying...
.
Bouncing off pretty hard after 12 hours. Plays like evil genious without the style or pacing. 12 hours is still a good amount of fun, i've payed more for a movie ticket and popcorn.
Game is probably pleasant, but lacks good presentation and sound design
its a Stargate SG-1 emulator basically.
The only good Stargate game ever made. (Yes, yes I know... but Amazon or whoever owns the license should shoot the Devs some cash to get this to the next level).
I like the game, but the management UI could definitely be better. Managing teams is a hassle in the mid-late game. There is no easy way to track how many exosuits, exoskeletons, body armor or other pieces of equipment you have. Assigning them to gaters can be time consuming.
스타게이트 좋아하나요? SG1, 아틀란티스트등등! 그거에 4X 장르물의 정복물 요소가 약간 들어가 있습니다..한글화 되면 좋겠는데 가능성이 있으려나?
i wish steam had a star system rather than a yes or no for reviews this game is a lot of fun however i did have some issues most recent save on my first playthrough was exactly as some events happened and made the save unplayable from that point also the audio is far to bland I dislike the tuned down audio when zoomed out my people are fighting for there lives and it sounds like neighbours are doing the dishes. the music is so forgettable it might as well not be there often found myself putting something on as background noise because the game felt dead the gameplay itself was a blast had so much fun
