Excive A-1000

Sadly this old school fps lacks any sort of balance and is a very rare case where I gave up on it. I just went till the second level and so far the levels are filled with mines, especially level 2. They are everywhere, behind every corner and every bush. The only way to destroy them is with your rockets but you only start with 20 of them and it seems you don't get more of them. The mines deals insane damage and in level 2 it seems there are no health drops whatsoever. And because, for some reason, this game does not have quick saves or any other saves except at the start of a level, you have to start over the entire level if you die. I first started the game on normal and died near the end of the first level, you simly die way too fast. So I switched to easy and tried again, then died multiple times in level 2. Also great, that if you die you only start with the pistol and you just get destroyed in level 2 if you only have the pistol. Great game design guys.

Excive A-1000 is a 3D retro pixel DooM ripoff that was apparently stolen from the original publisher on Itch.io and dumped on Steam as an amoral cash grab. It's a basic sci-fi DooM like FPS with a generic robots theme. I can't confirm or deny the accusations against the "developer" here, but they are noteworthy and it's important for gamers to be aware, because if they are true and the game is pulled from Steam, gamers will have lost their money. Regardless, I don't recommend buying this anyway. DooM is complete free to play and it's significantly higher quality than this junk, despite being decades older. This is just a shallow ripoff, with a bizarre $6 USD price tag. There's no way I can tell gamers to spend $6 on a dodgy DooM ripoff when the original, better game is free.

＋ロボが主人公という設定 ＋手に持っている武器とは別に 　肩からロケットを発射できる ＋武器の威力が高く、弾薬も豊富にあるので 　爽快感あり ＋大きなボスとの戦闘 ＋音楽がなかなかかっこいい ＋シークレットが多い －木の向こうにいる、姿の見えない敵から 　攻撃されることの多い序盤の印象の悪さ －肩のロケット砲の威力が低い上、飛距離も飛ばず 　地雷除去などにしか使えないので存在感ゼロ 　 －こちらに近づくまで敵は攻撃して来ないので 　常に近づかれる前に倒すという戦闘になり単調 －ラスボスはまともに戦ってもまず勝てないのに 　敵の反応しない物陰から攻撃し続けるとアッサリ勝てる 肩のロケット砲を何故もっと 強力で頼りがいのある武器にしなかったのかとか 折角の設定を活かせていないと感じられる部分が 目に付きます。ヴァルケンなどをFPSにした感じを がんばればイメージできなくも無いのですが やはりキレが悪いゲームという印象です。 現代のウルフェンスタイルのFPSの中では ちゃんと作られていて普通に遊べる方だと思うので おすすめを選択してあります。

Excive is a oldschool fps, its really well made, watching the trailer doesn't tell exatcly what the game really is, I was expecting another wolf3d clone but its not, you use three weapons at once by simply using different buttons, "q" for fist, "e" for bazooka and click for shoot, the game is really hard so I would recommend starting with a easy game like "spear of destiny" before trying Excive. +good controls +great main menu +many difficulty levels 10/10

Excive A-1000 is not a good game. I can not recommend this game to anyone. Not even the most hardcore Doom fans. It has so many issues and it can get boring. Bushes will be your actual enemies because you cant see anything but enemies can see you right throught it. Like the game legit blindfolds you with bushes. Some of enemies will shoot behind your back and you wont realize where they are thanks to the bushes. The hitboxes in this game is terrible. If there is an object in front of you and the enemy is behind it, most of the times you'll end up shooting the damn object. Like you may think if you move to the right a little bit, you'll end up shooting the enemy but no. Some of the missions are weird and out of place. There are missions where you gotta watch out for mineflieds. Doesnt really fit for a fast paced shooter game in my opinion and thats because you have to constantly stop yourself and blow up the land mine. Also lots of enemies just run towards the land mine and they die. There are some fun moments like boss fights. This game only has three boss fights and all of them are mediocre. The game is less than 2h unless if you get lost in the game (which may happen to you). Personally, I cant recommend this. 4/10. Hopefully the developer will release a better game next time.

A really charming and fun game! Brings back a lot of memories of when I used to play Doom, Wolfenstein, and Duke Nukem. I'm a sucker for short and fun games, and this one definitely is one of my favourite. + Retro Graphics + Explosions! + Stellar music + Challenging + Robots! - Challenging - Misplaced hit boxes - Impassable bushes and plants Overall it's definitely a fun little gem to play over the weekend.

Старорежимненько. Напоминает в первую очередь ДУМ, только здесь в нашем распоряжении не специально обученный спецназовец, а здоровая машина для убийства. Приятный эффект покачивания камеры, неплохая пиксельная графика и что меня позабавило больше всего ОДНА ЖИЗНЬ. Вашу ж медь, одна ♥♥♥♥♥♥ жизнь, на целые полчища этих тварей! Мне пришлось по кустам шарахаться, чтобы найти аптечки и это я на лёгком проходил! Я не поклонник лютого хардкора, но как таймкиллер игра неплоха.
