Played on SteamDeck, bought on sale, DNF. Everything about this game is mediocre. At first it feels really fresh and cool, the combat is cool, the world is cool, and I was really excited to dive deeper and see what it had in store. Sadly, there wasn’t much more in store. The combat all felt very repetitive, not enough unique encounters or interesting bosses(quite often reusing the same bosses) and it didn’t add enough to get me to want to finish the game. The world and the lore just never got very deep either, everything felt very surface level. I also thought the leveling up felt very on train tracks, I didn’t get much freedom in how I wanted to level up because you only ever have enough points to level up one certain thing at a time. It was ok to play for a little while, but never got interesting enough to finish.

Got it for 10 bucks, at that price it is worth it, but wouldn't buy it for anything more than 20
if god of war and dmc had a baby just wish the co op was better cuz it feels like a mod rather than an intended feature kind like in the re6 ada campaign theres also a bug that stops you from progressing so that sucks and had to request a refund after encountering that its a shame cuz its fun
