Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 416.25/day in the week to Jul 15 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
A roguelite space shooter, why not… but controls are awful, neither arcade nor simulation. Messy fights without warnings, and I got my sensors burst off on my first run, it was just 30 minutes of being bored and fleeing invisible targets.

Everspace is what harsh modern critics would call a "polished turd". I'm not going to go all the way there but it conveys a valid point hence its cameo here. I think the concept and game design foundations this game stands on are good and pretty much carries this game on its shoulders throughout the entire thing. It's simply not that fun shooting enemies, more so shooting to collect materials that you often don't know if you need or not. In an ambitious attempt to offer complete freedom of movement the game also comes with way too many buttons and while it does claim to be best played with keyboard and mouse I insisted on playing on controller. This meant I had to bring out my Razer Wolverine V3 Pro as I needed every single extra button I could get (four paddles + an extra pair of shoulder bumpers) simply to get a fair movement scheme. There had to be compromises and having 4 different categories of inventory all needing at least one button each to scroll through them and another to activate them simply wasn't a good experience. While I can't with good conscience recommend this game to someone hoping to get a stellar experience I will say I'm still not that far off looking into Everspace 2 before writing it off. It is a weird dynamic but I believe it is the strong concept this game stands on that still makes me think it can be made justice. Just not this time with this game. The Good - Scenery looks stunning - The Rogue-like concept The Bad - Way too many buttons needed - Shooting stuff is not satisfying enough - Quickly becomes predictable and repetitive
Overall: Hardcore Rouge-Lite 3-Axis Moving Space Ship If you are a "hardcore" "veteran" gamer who likes "difficult games" go for it. it's a fair rogue-lite with non-complicated systems that REQUIRES CONTROLLER (Moving in 3 axis while firing is easier on a controller IMO). Story wise I don't like yapping much which this game doesn't and still has a good backstory.
I have pretty mixed feelings about this game. I bought this game and while I like it to a certain extent, I am thoroughly P!$$3d 0ff that my flight stick and throttle aren't compatible with it. I have played with both the keyboard and mouse, as well as an Xbox contoller; while the game is playable with either (each has definitive pros and cons compared with each other), I would have much preferred using the flightstick (Turtle Beach Velocity One Flightdeck, so shame on them for not supporting their hardware better). Supposedly they are compatible with Everspace 2, I just wasn't impressed with the first one enough to want to spend money on the second (at least I'll probably buy it when it goes on a good sale). To be fair, while my flighstick is nice, the support for multiple games REALLY $uck$. At this time Turtle Beach is only showing they are compatible with only 11 games, WTF??? for as expensive as it is, really? But I suppose that part of that is in the game itself, having so little compatibility with more "elaborate" controllers, which again is why I'm kind of disappointed in Everspace, so shame on them as well. Truthfully, I don't really like using the Xbox controller for most games other than some platformers, for flight games, even this one which is a more "basic" sim (well okay, not sim, more of a shooter), I just don't like controlling with it (forget using it in an FPS, it feels like you're playing gimpy-games). Regardless, any game that offers any kind of flight mechanic, I'd prefer to use a flightstick, just as any driving game I'd prefer to use a wheel... As such, I won't recommend this game, but I won't not recommend it either; it's decent for what it is, but it's targeted at a very specific play style, which is not for me unless I'm bored... UPDATE: Okay, so I got the controllers to work. All I had to do is to assign the custom edit the controls directly into the KB/M bindings area instead of the controller area and it worked. I had way more fun playing it this way, albeit I still have some sensitivity tweaking to do. However, I was able to more than double my high playing this way. I'm much happier with the game now!
норм
Управление мышью ужасное. Информативность UI нулевая.
its a pretty straight forward game with basic ship combat that is easy to pick up but i feel that it's a bit light on the rougelite elements where most runs I come out of it doesn't feel like I make any impactful progression.
