Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.22/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really nice of them to include a game alongside this amazing Yousuke Yasui soundtrack.
This might be the best shmup of all time. Cool looking enemies, exciting nonstop gameplay, great music and explosions. I would take it on a desert island if that island had electricity.
This game rules. It came to my attention when the developers of ZeroRanger cited it as an influence in an interview. It's a non-bullet-hell shmup (fast bullets, launched in learnable patterns) where you have three weapons that you can use at any time, one of which is a shield with a regenerating meter. The graphics are "serviceable," but they get a lot done with a little -- notably, I really appreciate the strong and stable sense of place, which really does a lot to A: help anchor your memory across the unbroken sequence of micro-levels, and B: just get the ol blood pumping (we're blasting off to the moon!!). And the music and sound design are stellar. This is one of those games where the design is extremely simple and exposed, and the quality of the gameplay fundamentals carries the entire weight; no gimmicks or novelty. And those fundamentals are gooood, just an extremely pleasing interplay of memory and reaction. It's the kind of video game that makes you wanna make a video game. My main two critiques are that the "Advanced" mode feels a bit cattywompus and out-of-balance, and that the scoring system has pretty much no interaction with the survival systems. But the "Original" mode is a very significant chunk of video game even without taking "Advanced" into account, and I've felt driven to try and score anyway, just because the status feedback is satisfying.

Play Eschatos. Finally got my normal all clear, the game owns. Really nice pacing, the shield mechanic is elegantly designed, the difficulty on normal is a good challenge for shmup newbies like myself, and the soundtrack is absolutely unskippable. Can't recommend this enough. Play Eschatos.

A fantastic game with a killer OST. Highly recommended. Took me ~45hrs for a 1cc on Normal Original. Starts off pretty light but has some teeth for sure.
Fantastic SHMUP with a CRAZY GOOD soundtrack! And the arranged soundtrack (DLC) is even better! Legendary stuff.
I started off playing Ginga Force and Natsuki chronicles so I was pleasantly surprised how different Eschatos ended up being from those titles. This one is more of a straight up shmup. No leveling up, no bombs, just fast-paced and solid fundamentals which I greatly appreciate. Pays homage to the true old school shmups and proto-shmups like space invaders but in a modern and tasteful way.
I forget how I ended up with this one. It's kind of ugly in my opinion, and not having proper fullscreen and being limited to just the center area only contributes further to how unattractive I find it. Your ship has a short range, forcing you into melee range a lot which is.. a choice I guess. Could tell early on that I didn't care for this one.
edit: finally got the 1CC on normal. Absolute kino. The final boss is nasty. Came off of playing Ginga Force and Natsuki Chronicles. This is more of a typical arcade-style bullet-hell shmup, without a directly-presented story, but it has the same inimitable charisma that those games have with its presentation, flowing contiguously from stage to stage as you fight alien crafts and UFOs in the skies and in space. You can see a straight through-line from this to Ginga Force, with the same kind of dynamic 3D presentation and camera. The basic functionality is similar. You have a focussed shot, a spread shot and a shield that functions like the shields in Ginga Force and Natsuki Chronicles. Bullet visibility is usually fine, but there are definitely occasions where you'll die and not understand what hit you. Particularly, there are issues where the game has ambiguous depth and it isn't clear what is on your plane and what isn't, though the game does attempt to remedy this by displaying the numerical difference in depth between you and the enemy entities. Also, sometimes enemies suddenly spawn very close to the bottom of the screen in a way that seems unfair. In terms of the general game design, though, the enemies and bullet patterns are great. You have a lot of variety, fun gimmicks, and in particular the strengths of your shot types are very defined & distinct which forces you retain situational awareness while avoiding bullets. The shield is an ingenius variation on the usual bomb, where it can be used as both a genuine tactical move to negate bullets and a "get off me!" panic button like the bomb in typical shmups - but it might deplete faster than you realise and lead you to a quick death. And you need extra awareness since backing off in a panic might back you into a bullet that your frontal shield won't negate, and moving sideways through a dense bullet pattern requires an extra level of foresight. Overall this game is an easy recommend if you like arcade-style shmups. There's a roughness to it, but if you get past that the actual mechanical and enemy/bullet design is multifaceted & varied to an unusual extent, and it's something you can understand as a casual player without getting into scoring systems or advanced play. This is a real gem.
