Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Aug 24 → 5.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Mechanics And Story In Perfect Harmony!
Amazing game! Great story with believable and loveable characters. I was fully invested from beginning to end. Graphics are gorgeous, music atmospheric and ambient sounds exquisite. One of my biggest gripes in gaming in general is that games either get good mechanics or good story, and rarely do the twain meet. Eriksholm is the case where mechanics and story perfectly complement each other. They were very careful to constantly mix things up so they never get boring - introducing new playable characters at just the right times, new tactics to clear areas - all of it is very clever and serves to carry the story forward. The game is not too difficult, but it is not overly easy either, again just enough to tell the story without becoming tedious. It's a real masterpiece.

Having played Desperado's and Shadow Tactics in the past, I felt that this game really didn't live up to my hopes of wanting to experience another great top-down stealth puzzle game. TL;DR: Eriksholm is a very beautifull game with interesting and fun environments set in a pretty interesting story. However, the actual gameplay can be quite frustrating at times due to poor explanations and abrupt game losing conditions that can mar the overall experience. The dialogue and writing at times also feels very contrived and I a was throughly unconvinced on some of the voice acting since there are events that occur that really should change how the characters speak to one another much more dramatically. Pros: - The art direction is great in-game and in their cutscenes - The voice acting has it's moments Mechanics Cons: - Every puzzle had some interesting parts to it but the mechanics became stale very quickly. - There is also basically only one way to solve each section which further makes the gameplay less interesting - The fail-conditions of the game as also a bit unforgiving and makes the game feel really clunky. If anything is out of the norm you fail instantly and don't even get a chance to maybe salvage a mistake which can be a very fun aspect to these games. Here's an example of something I ran into that just kinda sucks: Guards see you quicker when you are closer, you have a character that can get behind them and incompacitate them. My character reaches the guard and starts the animation, but because the character clipped a tiny part of the view cone, I lost immediately. This feels incredibly bad since logically even if the guard sees you last second, they wouldn't be able to raise any alarm/yell/do anything they wouldn't be able to do whilst the incompacitation animation plays. It also makes me have to fiddle around with my characters even more and the move detection is sometimes unreliable and clicks where I am not expecting (which can also get me caught). Story Cons: - It was really hard for me to empathize with and care about the characters in the story. They didn't do an amazing job showing me any sort of personality of any of the characters. The only personality trait I can really give the main character is that they like their family and "wanted something better" but with literally no motivations mentioned behind it that can get me to really empathize with them. The lack of personality is especially apparent after a major event occurs early-middle of the game where I expect the main character to really change but I found myself unconvinced that the main character was effected at all due to mediocre writing and sorta monotone voice acting. - The overall storyline of the game is an interesting idea, but our character doesn't really acknowledge or interact with the overall conflicts of the place she lives in until the VERY end which feels really poorly paced. I don't know who the antagonists are/ working with, and I don't why they are such a big deal because they are never shown aside from characters briefly mentioning them negatively. You can tell a player that a character/ group of people are bad and have done this absolutely horrible thing... or you can simply throw the player in the middle of the horrible thing happening and you will immediately convey everything you want to convey to the player. Final Thoughts The game is quite beautiful and I do like the setting and the story they attempted to tell but it is drowned in a mediocre blend of boring game design and dialogue. The puzzles and fail-conditions are far to rigid to be interesting and it getting through the game really feels slow and boring. I would only really recommend this game to someone as their very first top-down puzzle story game but even then, I'd probably recommend something else.
Interesting and unique small game.
I've played Commandos game as a kid and I've been looking for a similar kind of game, Eriksholm is the perfect successor for a story rich, stealthy tactical game. 10/10
Tolles Spiel. Klare Empfehlung.
beautiful and pleasant journey
One of the very few singleplayer games I could not stop playing.
