Very enjoyable game overall. The mechanics are simple to learn, but each level provides a new and interesting spin on how to use them. The art is very minimilistic, but clean. The first playthrough on normal mode took me about an hour and was a very managable difficulty. The hard versions really up the challenge though, which is nice since the normal mode is not terribly difficult once you get a hang of the game.
Played through the game and it was very fun. I really like how each level is a unique way of playing. It is kind of short and it lacks fancy graphics, but that is not that big of a deal for a game this cheap. The hard levels look like they will be a lot of fun to tackle. Overall it is a fun experience that is clean and simple.
Fun little game well worth the cost of admission
As someone who loves minimalistic games, I wanted to try this out. Dev was kind enough to give me a copy in exchange for a review, positive or not. PROS: Cheap Easy concept but challenging as the game advances CONS: Music and sounds can get annoying and repetitive. SUGGESTIONS FOR UPDATES: Consider at least adding the option to see energy levels as a number rather than a bar. (Personal preference) Different music? Color themes might be nice as I imagine playing with the same color pallet could get tiresome after a while. ADDITIONAL NOTES: You probably haven't heard of it, but there's a game called Harvest: Massive Encounter and its mechanics are very similar. I love little games where you have to manage resource flow and defend against enemies. Not exactly tower defense but in practice it's roughly the same concept. Build factory, build tower, and build something to connect the power source (factory) with aforementioned tower.
A fun, minimalistic tower defense game, very reminiscent of the Creeper World series. The good: If you liked Creeper World, you'll probably have a blast with this Controls are easy to understand The price is perfect for what you're getting The not-so-good: The graphics are simple, to the point that they look like they were drawn in MS Paint. There is no Options menu, so I hope you are okay with full screen on your primary monitor. The neutral: Short. 10 levels, with normal and hard versions.
Straszne... straszne... straszne... straszne... Energia to ultra daremny klon gier takich jak: Creeper World albo Harvest: Massive Encounter. Creeper World 1 i 2 cześc posiada dobrą cenę (5 euro). Wygląda jakby w paincie autor tego dzieła napisał każdą literę osobno, potem te litery połączył, a potem powiększył, metodą rozciągania:/ Poziom merytoryczny też jest uroczy: "I'm gada tech you how to play". Zapewne chodziło o "gonna", ale h*j z tym - w wymowie brzmi podobnie;p A Google Translate jest na wyciągnięciu ręki... wystarczy TYLKO CHCIEĆ. Dobra tam, I gada kończyć. gie-rare hir, szwagier kurna, garry mów ałt, kipit ałej.
It's not in a pretty state, but the game itself is really fun. It feels very casual and zen-like while also feeding my Tower Defense itch. If you can get past the rough/crude look of it, you'll find minutes disappearing very quickly.
