You’ve saved the world from the Ever Peckish. Now a new threat has arisen and it’s time to get back in the kitchen to stave off the hunger of The Unbread!
You’ll knead to work together (or against each other) to get the highest score in chaotic local and online multiplayer.
Journey across a brand new overworld map by land, sea and air. Get cooking in new themes ranging from sushi restaurants, magic schools, mines and even alien planets!
Travel the land cooking up a range of new recipes that are sure to cater to any tastes, including sushi, cakes, burgers and pizzas.
Travel through teleporters, across moving platforms and save time by throwing ingredients across dynamic kitchens that shift and evolve. Some kitchens even whisk your chefs away to new locations.

[h3]Enjoyment: 9.5/10[/h3] Overcooked 2 is about prepping and serving dishes before the timer runs out, except you will be working in kitchens that actively try to sabotage you. The best new feature over the first game is being able to throw ingredients across the map, and tossing food directly into a frying pan or a teammate's hands is incredibly satisfying when you actually pull it off. The game runs perfectly on the Steam Deck. You can technically play this solo by swapping between the two chefs, but you absolutely must play this with friends instead to get the full experience. The stages can get frantic and chaotic very quickly and is overall easily one of the most engaging co-op games I've ever played. It can be really frustrating, sure but having a buddy to laugh with (or at you or vice versa) by your side between all the frustration, the yelling, and the chaos is part of the course of what makes this such a fun and addictive time. Mastering the patterns between each level, coming up with unique strategies, synergise and having good timing can be incredibly rewarding and fun. Frustrating, yes but really rewarding. Overall, a banger of a Co-op game that i would recommend to everyone. Just don't play it alone, please.

Overcooked! 2 is a game about synchronicity disguised as a game about cooking. To play it well, you need complete trust, perfect timing, and the kind of calm that lets two people move as one while everything burns around them. Finding someone who laughs with you through the chaos is what makes it a 10/10.

PROS - Great co-op gameplay centered around teamwork and communication. - Creative level design with constantly evolving challenges. - Easy to learn but difficult to master. - Endless hilarious and memorable moments with friends. - Excellent replayability, especially with a full group. CONS - Solo play is noticeably less enjoyable. - Can become frustrating if your team struggles to communicate. - Some late-game levels are extremely demanding. VERDICT Overcooked! 2 is chaotic, stressful, and unbelievably fun. It transforms simple cooking into one of the most entertaining co-op experiences available, creating equal amounts of laughter and panic. If you're looking for a game to play with friends or family, this is an easy recommendation. 8.5/10
