A great game, combining 4X, RPG and beautiful graphics. I love it

Unlike Civ games, the combat here has a tactical phase. And unlike civ, the combat stats are hard to read and lot of troop movement is on AI and it feels like that AI is mentally ill. You can't control from which direction a unit should attack from.... The quest system, regions and minor factions are good concepts.
THis 4X strategy is set as a prequel to space-based ENDLESS. The unique detail that your main enemy is.. fate of the planet. Auriga is the legendary cradle of civilizations o from aforementioed magic-space 4X. Auriga's orbit changes and long winters come. You have to ensure tat your faction survives racing against time before the Last Winter will come. ech faction got own plot. Following it is the key. That makes game disbalanced as a PvP game, it was meant as competetive coop.

Great game. In my review I will make a lot of comparisons with Civilization, because both of these games are of the same genre and I've played a lot of Civ before, so it's what I feel based on my experience. What really stands out for me is that each faction's playstyle and overall setting feels really unique, unlike in Civilization. That was the most frustrating thing for me in Civ and here I would say it is solved completely - you have less factions but each of them is unique. The battle system is also much better and provides a lot of flexibility. Here I can actually enjoy the battles, each faction's units are also quiet different, which adds up to the uniqueness of the factions. Overall I would say that this game does A LOT of things better than our beloved Civ, and it's a shame that this game didn't become as popular. I'm sure that if I had seen this game first, I would've spent my 500 hours here, and I would've enjoyed it even more.
Good.
