Reviews
The lore behind the game is incredible and each faction has its own unique playstyle. There are many different victory paths, so even after playing so many times, the game is still fun to play. Combat is a little finicky, but aside from that, I highly recommend this game.
This is an excellent 4X strategy game that offers a remarkable amount of variety and depth. With multiple factions that play fundamentally differently, each campaign feels unique and encourages experimentation. The learning curve can be steep at first, as understanding each faction's mechanics requires some reading, but the payoff is tremendous replayability and strategic diversity. The game's randomly generated maps, quests, and world events help keep every playthrough fresh. There is always something new to discover, and adapting to changing circumstances is a key part of the experience. One downside is the amount of micromanagement that emerges in the later stages of a campaign. While this is a common trait of the genre, the unit customization system can feel particularly overwhelming. As new technologies are unlocked, units gain access to a growing selection of weapons, armor, and accessories. This creates a wealth of strategic options but also demands a significant amount of manual management. Where the game truly shines is its turn-based combat. Battles are engaging tactical puzzles that reward careful planning and positioning. The large variety of unique units ensures that encounters rarely feel repetitive, while the interplay between different unit types creates a satisfying rock-paper-scissors dynamic. Combined with the deep faction design, the combat system provides some of the most rewarding strategic gameplay the genre has to offer.
Ok
good civ-like!
A perfectly baked experience. I croiss-can't stop playing!
enjoyable gameplay. Will be good if have fasat forward function. Later stage in game will be quite boring if nothing to do...
Офигенная игра
Decent 4x. And 2nd installement is in the development. I just wish they would bring this one to GoG store so it would be DRM free and offering offline installers for game preservation purposes (Altho ...truth be told its DRM free even here, you can run the game without steam thats why I bought it. Buuuut no offline installer here :/ )
