Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 18 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

An absolute gem for fans of classic RPGs! This game takes you into a richly crafted post-apocalyptic world filled with intriguing characters, complex storylines, and deep tactical combat. The dialogue is sharp and witty, reminiscent of the best old-school RPGs, and every choice you make feels impactful, truly shaping your journey and its outcomes. The skill system allows for a lot of customization, so you can create the perfect character to suit your playstyle. The environment is beautifully detailed, capturing the desolate yet strangely captivating atmosphere of a world gone awry. It’s a must-play for anyone who loves immersive, narrative-driven games with a dose of tactical strategy.
Encased, a turn-based RPG, draws heavy inspiration from the Fallout and Stalker series, immersing players in a self contained post-apocalyptic dome. As you investigate anomalies in the dome, you'll find yourself navigating a vast, open world filled with danger and intrigue. Encased uses a classic 3D retro-inspired art style that iterate on the isometric view of old. The art assets are original, and contribute to the atmosphere building. The developers are from Eastern Europe and it provides an interesting novel viewpoint, much like Atom RPG, and Stalker, of what a world might look like when things go wrong. The game's narrative is engaging and thought-provoking, exploring themes of science, religion, and the human condition. The world of Encased is rich and detailed, with a variety of factions and locations to discover. The game's lore is deep and complex, rewarding players who take the time to explore and learn about the world's history. Technical issues: Some players have reported encountering technical issues, such as crashes and glitches. I personally did not experience crashes, but did lose my save towards the end of the game due to a hard drive failure: don't rely on the cloud save feature if you want to avoid restarting the game like I did. I really enjoyed spending time in the Dome, and the levelling system is well implemented. You can effectively experiment using low intelligence characters, or stealth or brutal play-styles. There is something for everyone.

-A ambientação é única e bem desenvolvida.
This is one of very few games that can be compared to Fallout 2. Its most important and impressive strength is the excellent world building and writing as well as its quest design. It is fascinating to explore the world, its factions, characters, locations and quests. Character creation, talents, perks, skills and so on work rather well. The complexity is comparable to Fallout and heavily inspired by it without being derivative. Quite a few quests use non-combat skills. Graphics are quite good for the genre and the music is serviceable to good. The same is true for the UI. It is not without problems, though. It has weaknesses both in its mechanics, its quality-of-life functions and its quest design. Those weaknesses are not nearly as important as its strengths, but some are noteworthy. The biggest problem is a decline in atmosphere in the last third or half of the game. The map is mostly an open world, but you can only visit about half of it until you advance the main story. The locations and quests you encounter in this first half are fantastic. That being said, the content that opens up later on is still quite good, but you visit some new areas that have been rushed and a small number that seem almost unfinished. Several quests in the second half fall short of their promise as well. The second biggest flaw is closely related. The companions are also unfinished. They show promise and start out with unique storylines, but the companion quests are missing almost completely – and it is clear that they were planned, there is even a category for them within the journal. This is unfortunate, but it is similar to the original Fallout games where several companions were mostly mules for equipment as well. The combat system is a mixed bag. It works well but it is not very complex. This was also true for Fallout 1 and 2 but those games are a lot older and they balanced it with excellent weapon progression. Encased offers a lot(!) of active skills for combat but it overburdens the player with all those symbols and skills which are mostly useless. The game tries to go for complexity by giving every enemies immunities and resistances against different types of damage, but this is just a bother and not in any way interesting. You need to right-click on the enemy to see the resistances and the choose a weapon with an appropriate damage type (or just the weapon you upgraded the furthest despite it not being optimal). The other problems are more akin to annoyances that will bother different players to a different degree. Examples are: you cannot easily leave an area; your inventory is slightly unruly; trading works, but stealing can be a bit bothersome; the power armor comes into play way too late.
The only downside to this game in my opinion is the lack of Fog Of War on inner maps. From what most reviews say, Act 2 content drops off substantially, to the point where huge scripted, not random inner maps have almost no loot and maybe a tiny amount of exp. Not having Fog Of War on these maps makes it very painful and tedious to fully explore them. Don't get me wrong I like tedious exploration in my RPG's, but not when there is no indication of discovered areas aside from a notice on screen of gained exp. I would atleast want to see where I've been, on an inner map, rather than just guessing. Aside from that, this game is great. I would still recommend it at it's current price of $29.99. I bought my copy on discount this past year, for around 4 or 5 bucks. 100+ hours of gameplay for $29.99, is still a deal in my opinion. Otherwise wait for a discount and buy Atom RPG instead.
This seems pretty solid. There are a lot of very flat fallout-likes, but this is better than most of those. Still doesn't quite 100% communicate the nature of its setting effectively, and the flow can be a littttle wonky, but so far, so good. Like I don't get why the factions are in conflict, I don't entirely get why people are going into this place in the first place, etc, but it's not a dealbreaker.
Шикарная изометрическая РПГ, особенно первый акт, всем рекомендую)
Excellent, and has surpassed my expectations greatly. I had this game on wishlist for a while, and at 3$ this is the best deal of the summer sale of 2025. Seriously, as far as Fallout clones, I've played plenty, and none delivered the depth, the amount of characters and skills that interact with the game world so well. The screenshots don't do justice to the game. It has partial voice narration, it has free-form exploration with events, you can play as one of 5 "wings/factions" in game, for a ton of replayability and faction-specific content. The drawback is that the combat is wonky, at least in the early levels, but after a while I got a hang of it. I still don't know what half of the game statistics do (there is a lot of them).
I wouldn't say this is average per-se, it mostly feels completely unpolished and unfinished. Every facet feels like it's half implemented. Combat is completely unbalanced, you'll be frequently outnumbered and out gunned. You'll be pecking away at a small rat with your pea shooter while it hits you like a sledgehammer. It's not fun at all. I ended up having to cheat to even get through a couple of extremely early mission fights, this killed my enthusiasm more than anything else. You might appreciate this is you're an extreme min-maxer or something. Inventory management quickly becomes overwhelming with all the small things you feel urged to collect. Likewise with searching all the on screen boxes etc, it just became a fun-robbing compulsion. I tried to get into it, really tried, but I'm going to have to abandon as I'm just not enjoying myself.
This game is just this side of a thumbs up. There are more positives than negatives. Overall, the story and writing are pretty good. The concept borrows heavily from Roadside Picnic (there is even a location named after it in the game) which the Stalker series is lifted from. The gameplay is your typical CRPG style. The game is not too hard as long as you don't play a hyper specialized build. People complaining about their self insert ninja melee build with social anxiety (there is a certain six letter word that most of these people have) will have a hard time like they do in real life. I am sorry Timmy. You lecturing me about how you have Reddit Gold and Dawkins is your favorite author will not win me to your side in fiction or reality. The game should have had a means to add to your base attributes in my opinion and the weapon selection is boring. Its a solid 6.5/10 that is worth playing if you don't have a substantial backlog and if you can pick it up for $5 (or the local Europoor equivalent) or below. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
