Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 10 → 2/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

- Is this game good? YES! -Is it Suikoden? No, it has the spirit of suikoden, but it is definitevely not suikoden, it is its own thinh and thats fine. Advise for the completionists, it takes too long to 100% this one, and its kinda tedious, be advised.
I have finished the main game and the DLCs, here are my thoughts: - This is a only me problem BUT WHERE ARE THE FOOTSTEP SOUNDS?! Got plenty of budget for voice acting but didn't even try to make footsteps? Not even tried to slap a pair of coconut shell to sand or soil? Why? Lower budget games had footsteps in it. Again, this is a only me problem, you can ignore this point when purchasing the game. On to the rest of the review! - The story is good. From how I understand the story, it is about keeping the rune lenses safe from people who wants to abuse it and at the same time there is a war brewing between the imperial and the alliance. The main antagonist's goal is to weaponise the rune lenses so everyone can use it, but he has resorted to inhuman ways like experimenting on people turning them into an abomination to use in the war. There are three controllable characters throughout the game. Most of the time you will be controlling Nowah, the leader of the alliance and then at certain parts of the story you will also be controlling Seign and Marisa. While playing the game, there are plenty of mini games to try like the egg race, or the beybla- I mean beigoma. Most of the them are not in the way of the story so if you just want to play the story you can skip the mini games. - About DLCs: The DLCs are short stories that can be played just before the final battle. Each of them can be finished between 1 and half to 2 hours. I would say the DLCs can be skipped, the main game is complete as it is and the DLCs really doesn't add that much to the game. - There are 120 heroes to recruit. Some of them can be recruited easily, you just go up and talk to them and then they join. Some heroes, you just need to bring someone they know and they join. And some of them requires you to finish certain quest or mini game and then THEY JOIN. The stats of each heroes varies, some of them has good raw stats and others are there with lower stats but with gimmicks. I personally find the characters with gimmicks not worth it since there are not enough opportunities to use their gimmicks. - There are 2 types of battle. The first one, is the regular turn based battle. You control a party of 6 plus 1 support and 3 extra slots in case a certain character is required but you don't want to use them then you can bench them. I played in normal difficulty, but I already find the game to be engaging, you will need a lot of consumables in this game as the enemy can melt your character if they all decided to attack that one character with the lowest defense in 1 turn. The lense magic I would say is not worth suing for the most part. There are MP requirements to cast. Say a level 60 character has 450 MP, most of the high-end MP skill costs 100-120 MP to cast, that means you can only cast 3-4 of those. And the damage is as strong as SP skills. Now SP skills require SP, at the start of the battle, 6 SP is distributed randomly within the party and then every turn by default you generate 1 SP. Whereas MP only generates when you sleep in an inn or by using consumables. So in my point of view, SP skills, resources wise, is more worth it than MP skills. And then the second type of battle is the war battle. There are parts in the game where you have to control your army, move them tile to tile to satisfy the victory condition, most of the time just to defeat the enemy. I am not sure if you set the difficulty on hard then it will also affect this type of battle but on normal, it is somewhat easy. - Graphics is a mixture of 2d and 3d and that's great. There's just some minor inconsistencies with the depth of field and shadow. For the depth of field, some areas the depth of field is too strong. The shadows, even on high, it looks low quality. But those are not the focus of the game so I think that's okay and you can adjust them as you see fit in the menu. - Steam deck performance is great. Not sure why is this not verified yet. You can get stable 60 most of the time, I capped it on 30 to save battery since I travel a lot. The battery lasts 4-6 hours depending on where you are in the game. - There are still some bugs in the game. I remember getting stuck in 1 of the optional boss battles and had to restart multiple times to proceed. There is also a minor contextual bug when navigating to the menu around changing the equipped rune lenses. I also encountered 2 achievements that should have been unlocked but didn't get unlocked, one when you cleared the first runebarrow and the other one was after the shi'arc arc with Nowah. Overall great game. The main game is worth it even on full price, even the game has no footsteps. The DLCs nope, at least wait for sale or skip entirely.
best jrpg after suikoden 2,
good game
