Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 7 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

на самом деле невероятно крутой проект, жаль обделён вниманием. Очень залипательный мультиплеер, со своей невероятной торговой системой. Одному играть тухловато, если есть стак людей можно поиграть.

This is not a survival crafting game, it's an economy simulator. No other game quite like it that I've ever played and it's incredibly addicting / time consuming if you can move past the urge to play like its a competition. This sucks a lot of people in, but can burn you out. Instead move past it and work with others cooperatively on a High Collab server where you can't get but a couple professions the whole way thru. You'll have to work with others and it can be a lot of fun even if at times it seems like the economy can sometime be unfair. You need to play the game online on a popular server, it's a completely different game that way. Don't just get it and play singleplayer.
Man sollte das Game komplett überarbeiten...
Do not play it alone; this is a social simulation. Aim for well populated servers.
Minecraft kinda but no physical combat. The combat in this game is mostly scheming, back stabbing, and economic in nature. Flood the market with goods and drive your competition into bankruptcy. Dig a hole into their mine and flood it with ocean water to make it unprofitable for them to continue. Become mayor and tax them into quitting. Make a law preventing them from interacting with the game in any meaningful way. Loan money to new players with atrocious interest rates and seize their property on their 3rd day in the server. The Eco world is your oyster, super fun. If you want to play more casual, make sure you play on your own server.
When i first played i was iffy on this game, I didn't understand how it worked and ended up not playing it for a while. But recently i reopened the game and joined a server without anyone i had played with before. I have never spent so much time learning a game and falling in love with it at the same time. Eco is one of the best game i have ever played. There is so much i havent even done in the 102 hours ive spent playing. Each server is different and fun and the community is the most friendly welcoming ive ever been apart of. If you enjoy a game with building, crafting, cooking, farming, and much much more all while working with others who all learn different skills and work together to save the world then this is an easy
MUST BUY!!
There are also hundreds if not thousands of mods that makes each server and world fresh and exciting.
Great respect to the devs. The progression update hit the nail in the head and tackled the game's most pressing balance and gameplay loop issues in an elegant way. This is a game that benefits from it's developpers having both of the most valuable traits a dev team can have: They listen to their players. They have common sense. What more can you ask for from a dev team these days? The concept of the game is completely unique, there is nothing like it on the market. If you are interest by ecology, economics, law, and real politics, play this game. If you like building a pretty house and actually getting rewarded for it by the game's mechanics, play this game. If you like cooperating with others to achieve a common objective, play this game. Think about it! Someone with a steam name like this giving out a good review, it means the game is goated. The game does have a downside. You will feel the need to play everyday once you commit to a server, others will ask you to log in because you are needed in your settlement. My advice is to play whenever you want and free yourself from those obligations, there are other people out there who can become the mason or the potter, worst case scenario the admin can give some stars to the more active players. Don't sweat it.
Eco’s one of those games that really gets under your skin in a good way. It’s got depth for days - farming, trading, grinding, setting up markets - it all ties together nicely. Nothing feels wasted. You put the work in and you see it pay off, whether that’s in your crops, the economy, or the way the community starts to function. The visuals are easy on the eyes too, clean and colourful without being over the top. What makes it special though is the community side. Jumping on a server, working with other players, trading and building a proper little world - it just feels right. It’s not just another survival game where you bash trees and call it a day; it’s about building something bigger with other people. Now, for the gripes. Alt accounts are a killer. With the small player base the game already has, seeing the market undercut by alts is rough. And don’t get me started on the preset governments—they suck the life out of what should be the most interesting part of the game. Instead of letting things grow naturally and watching politics evolve, you’re boxed into some cookie-cutter setup. Takes the spark out of it. All up, Eco is a bloody good time if you’re into community-driven games and don’t mind a bit of grind. When it clicks, it’s brilliant. It’s one of my favourites.
