The game mechanic is very interesting but becomes repetitive very quickly. The story is clearly intentionally vague but that, to me, makes the world smaller and less interesting. I wouldn't play it twice.
I love when a game is build around a central mechanic and expands on it. Very cool and unique experience. Took me a while to understand, how to navigate the game and I was glad to have stuck with it. Its pacing is slow and methodical, so bring patience and an openess to approch the same level differently each time you see it. Excellent sound design and acting paired with breattaking level design.
awesome game, if you like stealth games this game here is a feast, i warn you tho it can get a bit frustrating and force you to slow down a bit. story wise not something superb but the character do have soul! 8.8/10 would recommend
The gameplay is buggy and stutters even on minimum graphics settings and the controls aren't adapted to PC gameplay as when looking around the game pushes your vision into odd directions. I played the game on hard, and I just found the gameplay gimmicky, whatever you do the enemy AI can do, which incentivises you to use as little game mechanics as possible and just run around them, no sprinting, mantling, shooting, or anything otherwise they will do it to you, which for me just makes for slow and boring gameplay. The sprint key and mantle key are the same, which you cannot bind to separate keys, so if you sprint past something you can mantle over, your character will mantle over it even if you aren't facing it. Ultimately, I couldn’t finish the game due to a movement bug preventing me from finishing the level due to invisible walls that prevented me from progressing. I think it was a nice idea, but in terms of gameplay and performance I found it to be lacking.
very cool premise with the AI changing each cycle, but the game itself it's very repetitive
This is an amazing hidden gem, but wow does it put you through the wringer. The game’s whole pitch about the AI learning from you isn’t just marketing fluff it’s real. Every move you make, every habit you fall into, the enemies pick up on it. And when they spot you, they don’t hesitate. They sprint straight at you with zero fear, like they’ve downloaded your entire playstyle and decided it’s time to punish you for it. The difficulty hits hard, but in a way that feels intentional and clever rather than cheap. It forces you to rethink how you play, break your own patterns, and stay unpredictable. When a game makes you feel like the one being studied, that’s something special. I also genuinely loved the story. It’s mysterious, atmospheric, and absolutely feels like it was setting up for a sequel. The ending practically screams “there’s more coming,” and honestly, I would love love to see this world and these ideas expanded on. If you want something unique, challenging, and smart something that treats you like a player who can handle being outplayed ECHO is absolutely worth your time P.S. Yes the game crashed on me when I first opened it so I had to do this thing to make it work: "Basically type environment variables into start, and open "Edit the system environment variables" > click on "Environemnt Variables" on the bottom right > Click on "New..." at the bottom > can create an environment variable called "OPENSSL_ia32cap" with the value ":~0x20000000d". (Both without the quote marks). Then ok."
This game had me on the edge the whole time. Is the perfect hardness. the voice acting is good. The Graphics are great. I couldn't wait for the end to see what happened...........This was the only huge let down, the ending sucked.
