Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 166.6/day in the week to Jul 16 → 52.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Easy Red II is a tactical, realistic, historically authentic World War II shooter focused on large-scale, immersive battles that put you right on the front lines of the chaos.
Command your squad, coordinate combined-arms assaults, and fight across sprawling battlefields modeled after real historical locations of war. Playable completely solo against AI, or take the fight to other players.
Fight all across the globe. In the base game, Easy Red II features 6 extensive campaigns:
Anzio, Italy: a brutal bloody stalemate between Axis and Allied forces lasting for months in the central Italian plains in 1944.
Monte Cassino, Italy: a rugged mountainous campaign where Allied forces waged many attacks on the Gustav Line.
Tunisia: the final stand of German forces in North Africa in 1943.
Operation Flintlock: taking place on the Marshall Islands of Kwajalein and Roi-Namur: a joint operation by U.S. Army Pacific and Marine forces respectively to take captured Japanese Empire-held islands in early 1944.
The Battle of Makin: a battle coinciding with the iconic battle of Tarawa in which U.S. Army Pacific forces invaded the Makin Atoll, furthering their Island-hopping efforts in late 1943.
The Invasion of Kos: the Greek island occupied by Italians and invaded by German forces in 1943.
Across all of these campaigns, there are over 100 unique missions.
Easy Red II also features affordable DLC expansion packs, ranging from the Eastern Front in Stalingrad, the Western Front in Normandy and even across to the war-torn streets of Shanghai, China. These DLC campaigns add time-accurate vehicles, factions, and weapons—as well as over 80 additional missions combined.
Easy Red II is forever evolving. Whether it be AI overhauls, animation updates, free vehicle, weapon, or uniform additions, the game is sure to be constantly improving as time goes on.
In Easy Red II, we put you right in the shoes of the average soldier on the battlefield, fighting in recreated historical locations from the Second World War with historically authentic troop movements and orders of battle.
You aren't a special super soldier—you must traverse your way through roars of gunfire and shell-shocking explosions as you progress through the battlefield. Your survival is not guaranteed.
No man is sent in alone. In Easy Red II, you can control squads of soldiers with various roles: Squad Leader, Radioman, Medic, Support Gunner, and more—all with unique abilities allowing you to change the tide of any battle.
Operate iconic tanks from World War II, featuring detailed armor penetration, ballistics, and crew mechanics. If you lose a crew member, you may lose a function of your vehicle as well.
Some iconic vehicles range from the M4 Sherman, Willys Jeep, Churchill, Panther and Tiger tanks on the ground to aerial vehicles such as the Spitfire, P-51 Mustang, P-40 Warhawk, P-38 Lightning, F4F Wildcat and Bf 109 in the air, with many more.
The battlefield is not static. Forests are leveled, defenses torn apart, and buildings are reduced to rubble over the course of a battle.
Play online in both PvP and Co-op with friends.
Take on missions from the base game, the Steam Workshop, or from a custom mission you created yourself.
Join a friend's squad or play with your own.
Create a match whenever you want, wherever you want, on any map you want.
Create and share your own scenarios, maps, and other custom content through the easily accessible integrated map and mission editor.

I love that this game is so damn old and still gets updates not like SOME newer games (looking at you COD) that abandon their games as soon as they stop printing money
Ive played a lotta WW2 shooters this ones by far one of the smoothest and nicest ones ive played espically from a indie delvolper I highly recommened playing this over other games in this genre gameplay feels nice the weapons look and sound amazing and you can probably honestly run this on a toaster and still get a pretty decent framerate only thing thats missing is sound mods like day of infamy had for example when someone died it played the windows xp shutdown sound which was so funny if we can get that here id be so happy

As a veteran player who played this game long ago, came back to play with my bf in some co-op mp private matches, and uhhh... Wheres the invite button that was there in the pause menu before? Pressed map button, went into settings / key binds, see nothing. I even tried shift+tabbing and clicking on their profile and guess what? Can't invite and they can't join, just "watch game". So yeah recent updates have messed up normal private co-op pve gameplay, thanks devs for ruining another experience for us that we just wanna get back into after some time + after hearing about all these "updates" and "Free dlc". Nah we're good! Hopefully we can try to get a refund too for this faulty product that once worked how we wanted to, but now sadly doesn't anymore, plus the DLC'S are awful garbage ps2 level design maps, I just took some screenshots I might post in the community of the Ardennes / invasion of France DLC, literally 4 rooms / 2 houses back to back, all 4 rooms have only 2 of the same items in each, a black and yellow couch and a table in front in each room, literally copy and pasted... The camps you spawn in as defenders? 2 tents and a undrivable prop truck... Even in other maps as defenders, I remember you can drive some of the trucks in spawn that were civilian / military trucks you didn't spawn in to. Anyways, gameplay is alright, guns feel good and they tried balancing lmgs like the mg42 by switching overheated barrels, looting system is okay as well. Vehicles feel more off than they do though, the sights especially on the one plane I just tried again recently on the Ardennes map I pointed out with the copy and pasted rooms (the first map / mission in the dlc btw lol.), the neon yellow / green sights make it hard to see now, it wasn't like this before, and dropping bombs both in first person and third person is now wayyyy more difficult. I used to be a "pro pilot" and drop those small single 250 lb bombs (I think) directly right on top of a heavy tank and instantly destroying it, sniping infantry in trenches with the guns on the plane, bouncing the wheels slightly on the ground with planes like the stuka and making you go high up in the air and makes it near impossible to control (which is still in the game I see.), etc. Now I can't even drop 3 bombs in a carpet bomb line right over an enemy objective TWICE (went back to resupply) with 3-4 red enemy battalion banners over the objective, like what??? I literally free cam and looked back to see my bombs landed way off in my first go which I thought obviously it must be my rusty skill right? Come back the 2nd time and adjusted mostly by bombing much closer as it seems they ruined the dropping velocity / weight physics of the bombs perhaps? Anyways the 2nd carpet bomb row landed mostly right onb the enemy objective, but guess what? ZERO hitmarkers and ZERO kills on leaderboard, with me just dropping 2 smaller and 1 bigger bomb right on an enemy objective in a map with 140 units... (the highest max in multiplayer which I tried playing with my bf this time around and couldn't). So yeah, sad to see another great game fall to both spaghetti code, greed (like cmon, why release paid DLCs first when there was never any real free content for ever, and all mods that have dlc content is locked unless you spend all your money on EVERY SINGLE DLC... All players get is the most boring and uninteresting parts of ww2, people want D-DAY, Stalingrad, etc. Too bad those DLCs especially D-Day are COMPLETELY trash anyways so their not even worth getting either... In a comment to another person's review on their newest DLC glazing it, I compare their maps like D-DAY to PS2 games attempts on recreating ww2 / d-day scenes, but even then I feel like old cod games / other games portraying those scenes had better map design and not "Free copy and paste looking assets and map design" yknow?), poor game design / bad decision making, etc. I recommend this game to people who can afford all DLC's and game at it's high and rarely on high sale costs, to people who are also lonely / have no personal people in your life that you wanna play with privately and not in some giant sweat multiplayer asian, russian, etc lobbies (and just wanna play pve with someone...), who can overlook poor map and uninspired operations maps designs (Like d-day, stalingrad, ardennes, etc.) when you're in a tank / plane not paying attention to your surroundings as infantry (can't even shoot through wood and stuff lol.), maybe also play on an older version where tanks and planes don't have their new NEON BLINDING LIGHTS FROM GOD HIMSELF (their not that bright, but at high graphics on mac, which btw the mac port works fine but does have visual bugs / rendering issues, another con for mac users, tree leaves will flicker from time to time and such. Anyways sight lights on atleast high graphics which is all I tried this game on, glow so much that it's hard to anything from the glow in the middle of the sights, same for my bf trying it on a trashier i3 laptop but using GEFORCE NOW with high graphics too.), and if you're the person who can afford all DLCs and want more end game content by modding, than perfect for you. Otherwise? No end game / infinite content for you, plus ai spawns aren't optimized / even a thing on most modded maps, have fun setting all the spawn things and editing everything in the map editing software yourself~! But yeah, game has it's moments, especially when you first play it, vehicle gameplay is where it saves it mostly, the planes being the best thing it had (which is now ruined.), you could bomb enemy artillery in their spawn at their edge of the map, ships, landing crafts, destroy some buildings, etc. But now the AA even with 0.8X reduced ai accuracy (thought the lowest could be 0.7X before these updates where you could still get achievements...) and 0.4x player damage taken, AA guns can one shot you in planes like it did to me twice when I just replayed this game again just earlier... I swear things like that NEVER happened before all these new updates, especially being able to invite a friend in a private MP match... Could go on and technically already tried ending this review, just have many frustrations especially now with this game we once loved, it always had some issues but atleast we could play together in a sandbox PVE sim which we can't as modern games like this rarely exist, maybe we can play some operator together when we can get it + get a new pc set up soon. All I know is we won't be playing this together anymore, like I said hopefully we can get this back so this wasn't a total lost. Sad it has to be this way, maybe if the have the devs have the capability fix up their act, I thought these devs were one of the "good ones" but nah obviously that can never be true, even just looking bak at the game / map design... Honestly I feel like my bf and I were playing with rose tinted glasses, this game looks really outdated even at "ultra" lol, and as I said before, copy and paste map design especially in the very first levels back to back!? For a paid DLC MAP which has the SMALLEST AMOUNT OF MAPS!? I atleast wish we wasted our money on the Blood on the Danube DLC with it having 3 entire operations with dozens of maps in each, the Ardennes / invasion of france? Has one operation with like 7-10 maps in said operation lol... Like if were were to get boned / scammed out of map choice like we did with D-DAY but atleast refunded it, instead of Ardennes or Stalingrad we would've got the "Family sized / meal" DLC instead of our 2 snack DLCs that still costed alot.
If you want the greatest WWII game of all time, perhaps only matched by Call to Arms - Gates of Hell: Ostfront, look no further. The amount of battles in this game is nothing short of remarkable with many more planned to be added. The shooting feels good, the AI does the job and is being improved. The creators are doing reworks of older campaigns. The scale of the battles is top notch, especially when combined with mods. Oh yeah, the mod support… Wow. The creators have made it easier than ever for people to mod this game. Also, the map creator is spectacular and also receiving love and attention. This means you can play around in and learn about virtually any conflict people care to recreate. There’s the Vietnam Conflict, American Civil War, Korean War, 90s conflicts, 2010s conflicts, etc. The sky is the limit. Half the buildings are destructible so far and I imagine the creators will continue to increase this as they rework assets. The creators really care about this game and are active in letting us know what is to come. There’s also multiplayer and that’s where a lot of people also spend their time with this game. Hundreds of hours of content that is constantly being reworked, updated, added to, and modded for only 8-9 bucks?! You can’t beat that. You can get the base game and all the DLCs cheaper than you could a standard game with only a fraction of the content. If you are even remotely interested in WWII, do yourself a favor and purchase this game. The sound design could use some improvement and the graphics are not the primary focus, but it gets the job done. The experience is the primary focus here. With the realism mod, you can turn those gunshots and explosions way up too and that makes the experience much more immersive. Want more bodies on the field or larger battles? A simple drag-and-drop mod install is all it takes. I am so happy I purchased this game and I know you will be too if you share the same interest in WWII. 10/10
bölümler modunda oyun içi görevler olmalı oyun tekrara düşüyor
你的意思是说,这个几十块的fps游戏 有中国战役,有大战场玩法,可自选pve,还开放创意工坊? 真的假的?
