i enjoyed this game on my steam deck. it has unique game play and nice story

Its a great mix of Roguelike, Tower Defense and Survival. 9/10. i wish there was a level up and skill tree system. There is one issue. SPOILER!!! on the ironore bridge the second checkpoint is glitched. you respawn and the eneimies are automatically alerted to your presence so you need to restart the entire level

Great fun dungeon crawler mixed with tower defense

There is a (relatively) strong emphasis on the story and that's just not very good. It's annoying that you can be damaged by enemies which makes the game very hectic. The basic idea that you are taking direct actions instead of just building seems fun though, I just don't think the execution was very good. Maybe it does get better over time, but it didn't hook me.

The art, soundtrack are really really good. Very atmospheric. And the story really intrigued me and makes me want to finish the game. It is a mix between relaxing, strategy and action which I really like. At some point the fights start to get a lot tougher, which is just something you ave to push through. At first i thought it was a little too hard, but it really forces you to improve a lot and get a quick grasp on really understanding the mechanics. After finally defeating a fight which took a couple of tries, it really felt rewarding.

Dwerve is a really interesting mix of tower defense and a dungeon crawler/adventure game. The game has a few bugs and weird difficult spikes, but overall It is a really fun experience.
