Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 13 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Civilization is gone. The wasteland is all that’s left. In Dustwind, survival depends on quick thinking, smart tactics, and making the most of your character build.
LAST RESORT

You play a nameless heroine left for dead after a violent ambush. Fight your way towards revenge and rescue someone very important to you. Survival demands patience, tactics, and smart use of every weapon at your disposal. As a side effect, you end up founding a new stronghold of hope in the brutal wastelands. Not bad!
In this campaign, 16 missions and around 10 hours of gameplay await you.
TWO FRIENDS
A separate mini-campaign where you and Bob make your way toward the Last Resort camp. Expect unexpected obstacles, hard fights, and no easy roads. Buckle up and get moving.
Jump into multiple game modes: play solo, dominate co-op missions with your friends, or beat them in competitive modes. The apocalypse is better when shared!

Combat runs in real time, but you can pause at any moment to issue precise orders. Turn panic into strategy and chaos into control.
Dogs can throw grenades and lay mines, deploy turrets and barricades, drive vehicles, fire mounted guns, heal allies (bring your DOGtor!), repair equipment, and rip enemies apart. Wuff!

More gun = more fun

Great game!

Love this. Definitely an indie feel, with a few rough edges, but it all adds to the charm. Had a blast, and I look forward to playing it again at some point (really hope there's DLC in the future, or an extended game mode beyond the story.)
Dustwind is a solid post-apocalyptic tactical game with RPG elements. The gameplay is well done, it's the strongest value of the game. I liked how everything is reminiscent of the old classics like the Jagged Alliance games and it also reminds a tiny bit of the legendary Fallout 1 (but just a tiny bit, this is a very minimalistic and short game while Fallout 1 is a huge masterpiece). Graphics and sound are ok. It has a sandbox feeling about it, with some imperfections and bugs from time to time but I feel like giving it a positive review if you consider that a small indie team made this game. And they clearly care for the player's feedback and often respond to reviews and questions. The story, the level of interactivity with the world and the dialogues are very modest. It's clear they invested all their energy in the combat mechanic, which I found really fun and satisfying. You have a lots of skills and attributes to level up and lots of weapons to chose. I liked how you can manually save the game. On normal difficulty it's challenging enough, because it has some difficulty spikes and I suspect that the initial idea was to make this game co-op only. You can see it clearly in some situations in combat: for example it happens sometimes that the main character gets knocked out or crippled in the legs/hands and just lies down. In multiplayer someone would come to heal you quickly, but in single player you can't do anything about it, your character is down and you can only reload a previous save. But the good thing about it is that you can pass any combat situation by saving frequently. They invested too much resources and time in making many multiplayer scenarios, but that aspect is dead because no one is present in the servers. Perhaps they should have focused on making a longer single player campaign, without any multiplayer aspects.
After 2 hours testing this on medium difficulty, I got bored. I refuse to call this a tactic game. This is pretty much Diablo like gameplay, but in a wasteland-setting and without any magic or special skills. There are a lot of sections where it's just trial and error. No way to check how many baddies are inside that hut... so I just open the door. Oh, it's five guys immediately attacking me. Game over, reload, this time just toss a grenade over the wall... That's not tactical, that's bad game design. The combat is less tactical than Fallout 2 or ATOM, but those games were proper RPGs with lots of skills, lots of different solutions and lots of real characters. Dustwind has very poor writing, a very basic story and no alternate solutions. It focuses primarily on combat, which would be fine if combat was satisfying. I bought this on sale for less than 4 Euro. It's ok for that price. But not more for sure.
