Great and very fun game, grew up playing this game back in the day on xbox 360 days. would do anything to revist my old past :.)
Man, this game is so good. I played it back on the Xbox 360 with my family. It was fun back then, but it's a lot more fun now with the new updates that the community is doing. I'm for sure enjoying it right now.

Older game with a great community and dev's that are still dropping updates to this day. Unique gameplay with a fun progression curve.
Испортили лучшую защиту башен в мире, теперь она обычная, скучная, долгая и донатная((( и да русского языка всё ещё нет(((
This is peak tower defense. A true classic, glad they are keeping up with updates to this game.
So I'm not exactly saying the recent cosmetic DLC has an AI picture used to promote it... Buuuuut the style doesn't match any previous pictures used for the game, uses a very common anime style, and it looks like the picture was made first, then the skin created from that picture... Also like, anime catgirl skin? Really? Trendy/Chromatic was not content with leaving this game as the completed product it was, and just had to squeeze some more money out of it after flop after flop of the recent games. This was one of my favourite games, but it can no longer be entirely separated from what the company has now become, and this just solidifies it. I can no longer recommend the original Dungeon Defenders without thinking "Hmmm, but what about this obvious flaw that has been jammed into an otherwise enjoyable game, that at the time of creation, was way ahead of the times." Which doesn't even include the recent new characters added that have completely changed how the game is played, rather than just keeping those characters in the other games where they fit in better. I loved when the company was opening up to the community and letting them keep it updated, adding new official content and community maps for free (moonbase). But that was so incredibly short-lived and I've steadily been becoming less of a fan as time went on. I still think this is the best in the series, but it's been tarred by constant bad additions and a clear rejection of the community that still very much keep this game alive.
One of the best tower defense games ever made, still holds up versus others and devs have started working on it again after failing 3 times to beat the classic will always come back to this masterpiece 18/10
Its become generative llm trash with goonskins and restricting modders :(
I've had this game all the way back on ps3 since the demo. this is the greatest tower defense game of all time and i recommend it to everyone that i meet that asks about games they haven't played. I'm super happy about the recent support and thank everyone involved. you've brought me and my friend countless memories.
Very impressed and grateful with the dev(s) for still updating the game to this day, that is dedication. I highly recommend this game, have played it since childhood. Great gameplay loop and an end-game progression that is almost endless yet unique and engaging -- a rare balance to have
