Five Nights at Freddy's

Fnaf, a low/mid-budget game that was a success; Scott Cawthon went all out with this game, the guy must have been smoking something lol. It's a rather strange and terrifying game; it's not like Resident Evil or any of the other horror giants, but it's an indie game that defined a generation and was quite popular online. In fact, it's interesting. The problem is the repetitiveness and the jumpscares. I have nothing against this game, but I think it could be varied. FNAF Help Wanted does this well (in terms of gameplay). The jumpscares are terrifying at first, but after a while they start to get boring. I really enjoyed playing the game because of how terrifying it was; its limited resources prove that a great game doesn't need a huge budget. 8/10 good game

Це справді легендарна гра, яка породила неймовірно величезний та відданий фандом FNAF! Хочеться щиро подякувати Скоту за цей унікальний ігровий досвід, який свого часу перевернув індустрію горорів. З іншого боку, за "дірявий", розрізнений та місцями заплутаний до невпізнання сюжет хочеться сказати... ну, скажімо так, "дякую" не зовсім щире. Проте, попри всі ці сюжетні лабіринти, я повертаюся до цієї гри знову і знову. Вона викликає особливе почуття ностальгії за тими золотими часами, коли ми всі разом шукали підказки, будували божевільні теорії та намагалися скласти цей пазл докупи. Це було щось особливе. І як каже Вільям Афтон:I always come back! Схоже, цей принцип працює і для нас, гравців, бо покинути цей всесвіт остаточно просто неможливо. Вічна класика!

I'll be honest i wasn't a big FNAF fan as a kid, i actually hated it funnily enough. My sister tried scaring me with it so much i didn't want to see the game. but even then it always peaked my curiosity so i kind of kept an eye on even if i didn't play or engage much. but that was like what... 2015?...2016? my thoughts now are very different. I'm a huge fan of the games now and this game is a true gem, it always stood out to me as different and its sit and survive gameplay will always be my favorite type of horror gameplay compared to the endless mass of walking/puzzle simulators. even if FNAF 1 isn't really scary especially after you figure the game to be a bunch of math and timers but that first playthrough really feeds into the fear of the unknown and its simple gameplay, story and its creepy atmosphere make it simply iconic. i really like how the animatronics give you those deadpan stares or aren't even looking at the camera most of the time its subtle, something i wish the later entries were more of playing though all the nights piecing together a seemingly simple story and getting better fending off the games threats is just cool and its felt great to beat 4/20 mode for the first time say what you want about the later entries this game in a vacuum is kinda the perfect little horror game and i highly recommend it to anyone interested to just give it a go it has Freddy Fivebaer its gotta be a 10/10
